I like the fact that the property was in a nice area. The pool was indoor and stayed opened till 11pm.

The parking lot was full. The pool was open until 11 PM which was greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, but the breakfast could’ve been a bit better.

Overa it was great! My only negative comments were that the parking lot was overfilled late at night. Also, the staff suddenly called to say that they did not have any rooms at 6 pm cdt yet when we called an hour later they said they had made a mistake. The staff should have called us back when they realized their mistake.

The hotel is close to the airport and very accessible to mid-town and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast starts at 7, which is rough if you have an early flight but there was coffee at least. All in all a good stay for the price.

Nice place for a quiet stay before heading the airport. Shuttle was quick and saved us 15 bucks on an Uber. Staff were friendly and courteous, could not have asked for any better treatment. Check in was quick and uneventful

Not a bad hotel, safe, in an OK location, but definitely not a $200/night hotel. Room was kind of dirty, didn’t look like it was cleaned properly. Hotel smelled like weed when you walked in, once you got past the strong smell of air freshener. The pool was super murky. Staff was super nice though!!!

I liked the room layout, the staff, and the amenities (fitness center and indoor pool). The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. I did not like that the flooring looked was not very clean and looked like it needed to be replaced. The breakfast was very limited and not very good. The area is close to the airport and lots of traffic near the hotel during the day.

Front Staff werent very friendly and made us feel like we were bothering them during their personal conversations, there was a man who was very kind and friendly that was moving carts and cleaning up, the towels always ran out, ice machines are broken everywhere. Ac wouldnt stop running so we ended up just turning it off all weekend because it was already uncomfortable enough asking basic questions of the staff. Not sure i would inquire to stay again.

Hotel stay Feb 2024
The hotel had a water issue and did not disclose that before placing me in a room. It would have been nice to know since I do have health issues. I also didn't appreciate all of the add-on fees for wifi, etc. Things that come standard at other hotels.
