Harriet's Haven is a stunningly luxurious mid century modern home, located in the Buchanan Arts District of historic North Nashville. Built with functional luxury in mind, Harriet's Haven is a three story architectural masterpiece that features Italian inspired spa bathrooms, large Chefs kitchen, and a rooftop lounge complete with wet bar. 100% private, Harriet's Haven offers all the amenities of a five star hotel coupled with the ambiance and space of home. Located 2 miles from Broadway

The Space:
Designed with relaxation and functionality while honoring the rich musical history of Nashville, this southern luxury home is furnished with a mixture of mid century modern & industrial vibes that offers a fully stocked kitchen, four large spacious bedrooms, a grand open living space, a secondary lounging space with wet bar, and a covered rooftop deck. This is the perfect home for families or large groups to spread out and have access to private outside entertainment areas.

Each of the four bedrooms have a full en suite bathroom, are sunlit by over sized windows, are furnished with high end finishes, and are equipped with at least a 55 inch smart tv to stream your favorite content.

LIVING SPACE:

The ground floor of Harriett's Haven is an open floor concept who's focal point is leisure. Featuring a dining room table that seats 10, an industrials chefs kitchen, surround sounds Sonos smart home speakers connected to a 75 inch smart Tv, and a private back porch. This floor also has a secondary suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom.

The Second floor living spaces are curated for indulgent rest. The Master features a California King with en suite bathroom accompanied by a day bed. The room down the hall has a Queen bed in addition to an extra large twin trundle bed and a twin rollaway bed.

The Third floor space features the fourth bedroom with two twin beds, the wet bar, access to the roof top lounge, and a comfy nook to read and daydream.

Kitchen & Dining
The elegantly equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay in the Music City. A 6-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, utensils, plates and all of the other kitchen essentials to make your stay a pleasant one.FIRST FLOOR:
The first floor bedroom features a king size bed with an en suite bathroom. The auxiliary sleeping space for the first floor is the black velvet sofa in the living room which transforms into a queen sized bed. Additionally the kitchen, main living area and first floor balcony are on this level.

SECOND FLOOR:
The second floor bedrooms features queen over queen bunk beds with a twin day bed + pull out trundle bed and an en suite bathroom.
The primary suite, features a California king Bed along with a twin day bed plus an en-suite Italian inspired spa bathroom; Complete with soaking tub and a jet-stream shower head.

THIRD FLOOR:
The third floor bedroom features two twin beds along with a full bathroom, in addition to a sitting room (Inclusive of full-size futon bed) that opens up to the rooftop lounge.

The third floor roof top lounge features a wet bar, a gas fireplace, a 75 inch smart tv, Sonos surround sound, and panoramic views of the historic Buchanan arts district.

☆☆ CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back a full refund minus a $100 credit card processing fee. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance!

-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.
-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.

**There is an additional $400 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**

-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house and PLEASE clean up any ashes or butts.
-RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. We ask that you respect our neighbors and neighborhood by keeping your exterior noise level down at ALL times during the day. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit.

-Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing. (We had to fine a guest for this because my internet company flagged the illegal internet usage and fined me).

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.

The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Luggage Hero or Stow Station.

The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.

Guest Access:
Upon confirmation of your stay with us, you will receive an access code unique to your party within the welcome email. The home is smart locked, so need to worry about sharing & losing keys! You will have 100% private access to the entire home during your stay. But if for any reason you need us, we're only a call away.

Parking:
The home has a two car garage and there is ample street side parking in front of the home.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the historic North Nashville neighborhood, The Buchanan Arts District. A neighborhood rich with culture and nationally recognized for it culinary scene, The Buchanan Arts District/Germantown neighborhood has been featured in numerous national media outlet such as the travel channel, Food Network, & HGTV. Two miles from Broadway, Nissan Stadium, and Bridgestone Arena, you are a short distance to world class shopping, museums, and entertainment.

The house is fantastic! The street the house is on is very nice although the whole area has some less desired neighborhoods. The host responded to my inquiries immediately. We enjoyed the roof patio with the fire pit although when we arrived the propane was empty. The host had told us it would be refilled but we filled it and it was great. Had a great time with family.
