Le tout nouveau loft / appartement vient de s'achever en mai 2019. Les clients ont leur propre accÚs au loft avec une terrasse privée complÚte et une vue magnifique. La configuration a été conçue pour une intimité maximale. Décoré professionnellement dans un style ferme moderne, tous les meubles et accessoires sont neufs! Cette propriété est située sur l'une des routes les plus pittoresques de Franklin, TN. Courte 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville historique de Franklin et à 3 miles de la fourche favorite cachée de Tennessee.

This is a great place to stay for a few days! Ryan and Amy were really sweet and so welcoming! The place was so clean and had a comfy feel to it. The king mattress was so comfortable not too firm and not too soft. The location of the place was perfect! The views of the mountains were so mesmerizing! Highly recommend staying here!!!

Leipers Loft was even better than anticipated! The loft was SUPER clean and furnishings were so comfortable. I loved the attention to detail and seasonal decor that made us feel right at home. Amy was very responsive to us from the time we booked! Highly recommend!

If you are exploring the Franklin/SW Nashville area, this is a gorgeous property. At the end of a most beautiful drive through the country you will find a great little outdoor sitting area and beautifully appointed loft. Very comfortable, very convenient, loved our stay and will be keeping it on our list as somewhere we’d like to return to.

This is a nice 1/1 property on top of a garage where you enter from the back. Probably one of the largest 1/1 spaces I've rented. Very nice. Higher end furnishings/equipment, etc. Well equipped kitchen, although we did no food prep. Nice king bed, large bath and shower. Rural neighborhood with large acreage and mostly large houses. Easy commute to downtown Franklin. Leipers Fork is very close and worth a visit a couple of times. Host easy to communicate with, even though they were out of town during our visit. The only negative was not the fault of the Host, but the internet went down less than 24 hours after arrival. And it never came back up during the 4 night stay. That was tough considering the Helene storm. We had friends and family in the Asheville area, and we were monitoring our own weather issues with the Pilgrimage Music Festival. We went to breakfast each morning to access wifi and did the best we could. The Host worked hard to get the internet provider to fix it, but it did not happen. No TV, no info online, no emails. Just weak cell service and texts at the property. Those things happen. Just our bad luck. We always try to stay a different place around Franklin during the Pilgrimage, but we might try and come back here. Nice place.

When we arrived, check in was great! We had a prior engagement the first night due to my husband being in a wedding, so we were quite busy for the 2 days we stayed. I cant say enough good about this place. It was so cozy and comfortable that I wish we had more time to have enjoyed it. I definitely would stay there again!

My wife and I spent the weekend going into 2024 here. We had an excellent time. Very quiet and the hospitality was superb. The loft was very well kept and private. We even brought the new year in with the Yarborough’s and friends. The men won our game of guesstures
just saying lol. This is definitely on the favorites list. We will be back. They are the perfect host.

Our stay at Amy & Ryan’s Loft was by far one of our best VRBO experiences! The Loft was perfect. Clean, well appointed and fully equipped is an understatement. The Loft is above their garage and had we not seen them, we would have not known they were home. Can’t wait to plan our next visit.

Our stay at The Loft at Leipers was perfect!! Amy and Ryan were very nice. When I booked the loft, I had no idea how beautiful it was going to be.We stayed for 8 nights. There is so much to do within a few miles. The only negative part is that we had to leave. What I have to say,would not give this place justice. So,on that note, we WILL be back!!! My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Franklin at our Captains Quarters. The property is in the historical district and the setting could not have been better. I would recommend this home and location to anyone wanting to visit Nashville but wanting to avoid the big crowds and take in the wonder heritage and beauty of the Tennesse countryside.
