Wonderful stay

This house was fabulous, layout was great for hosting and large groups. Our family and extended family came to town for the first time to watch my brother play his first college football game at MTSU. This space was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone.

Family Time in the Boro

My family and I loved the spaciousness of the property. The walk-in shower was perfect for my father that has Parkinson’s. The owners have made some upgrades on the inside of the property. It was perfect for our time in the ‘Boro. Every evening we sat at the kitchen table, played games, and visited. The owners were quick to respond whenever I had questions.

The family rooms made it easy to have kids playing games while adults hung out talking or watching tv in another. Everyone had their own bed. Response from host was prompt and helpful.

Great Stay for Our Groups

We had a large group of friends staying for a soccer tournament and the setup of the house allowed us to give sleeping arrangements for 15+ people. Everything went well with the stay. We even had parking space for everyone. I’ve bookmarked it for next year’s tournament!

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a cousins/aunts reunion. The open spaces made it ideal to spread out and the kitchen was very easy to maneuver a big meal. Host was friendly and helpful. The home was very clean but could use some updating. We would stay here again. Some minor fixes were communicated to the host for repairs but nothing that interfered with our stay

Wedding Weekend

Our daughter got married in Wartrace at Beau Chavel. The VRBO was perfect. We had visitors in and out most of the weekend because many of the wedding guests were from out of town. There was so much space. Some of the groomsmen/bridesmaids came over Saturday to watch the Alabama game so the upstairs media room was perfect for them even though the game wasn’t. The location is great especially with the number of last minute details. Walmart, hobby Lobby, Costco and Kroger are all conveniently nearby.

Nephews Wedding

This property is in a great neighborhood, close to many amenities. We had so much fun and room for our family of 12. Host was very accommodating for our family! Will definitely share our stay with others traveling to Nashville.

Roomy home for extended families!

It was wonderful! My only recommendation would be to change the shower curtain in main floor bathroom and do something with that tub. The courtyard was dirty and lots of cobwebs in window and dirty windows/glass doors. Has to purchase toilet paper and laundry soap - not an issue. Overall wonderful place! Would stay again!

Great home

We were a large group visiting for a wedding. Great space. Communication with owner not good at all. Asked for early check in, never replied 3 times, which I understandably took as a no. Still waiting for $50 cleaning credit that was supposed to be refunded a month ago, dishwasher does not work, and zero communication on exit instructions. I even called him, he pushed me to voicemail and texted he was out to dinner. I repeated in text need exit instructions (do we strip beds, garbage, etc) said he would send and never did. None of these things are deal breaker. The house is huge, comfortable and great otherwise.

We had three families stay in the home. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was very large and clean. Beds were comfortable and living room and dining/ kitchen had what we needed. Would highly recommend for large groups or multiple couples. We would definitely come back here if vacationing in Nashville. Only 40 minutes away.

Perfect for the Wedding Week

Our large family was in town for our youngest son’s wedding. We live in 4 different states. The house was perfect for what we needed. We had plenty of space and it was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and there were enough dishes for us all! The grandkids loved chasing fireflies in the large wrap around yard! Thank you for the great location and great home for our family!

Great stay for larger groups!

The host was very responsive and the home was perfect for our large group. The house was exactly as advertised and the beds were super comfortable. We would highly recommend this home if you need a great place to stay in the area! We attended a family wedding at the White Dove Barn and this was a geat location for this event spot!

THE BEST!

My family and I came into town for my sister’s graduation at MTSU. We walked in and loved this property immediately. Everything was very clean, neat, and absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. I would give this property a 10/10 if I could! Stay at this property!!! You won’t be disappointed! Multi Family Stay

We were very pleased with our stay at this property! We were in town for a high school softball tournament and had three families staying together. There was ample space for all of us to interact as well as have privacy. We enjoyed having the outdoor seating space and firepit, and the front yard was perfect for a game of wiffle ball. The kitchen was well supplied with table service, utensils and appliances that allowed us to have many meals at the house. The location was convenient to our needs in Murfreesboro and an easy drive to Nashville. The property manager/owner was very responsive to questions. I would happily return and would highly recommend staying at this property.
