We had 2 Jr Suites, they are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was not pleasant and didn’t seem to like his job. Breakfast was $15 per person and isn’t worth it so we passed.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! I needed to charge y laptop keyboard and they let me borrow a charger. The restaurant and bar staff were also so kind. The room was clean and comfy. The only negative is the tv. It had Netflix and YouTube but the internet was so slow I couldn’t get either to work. Luckily I had my iPad so I just watched shows on there. No biggie but it would’ve been nice to watch tv from the tub which is why I booked the whirlpool room.

The room and facility was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. Nice updated quiet room for a good nights rest! The pool was very nice and clean, in working order also. We did choose this hotel because they had a restaurant but when we got there we were told they weren’t open Sunday evenings. So be aware of that. Also breakfast was good but at an additional cost.

The jet tube was out of order. I unpacked . Setup the room for my fiance with rose petals balloons and candles and boom ..front desk come to let me know the room is out of order. Moved to another room just to smell like a dog pen. Never again will i stay here.

Trust me...Don't stay here.
The hotel was not what I expected for the price I paid. Didn't look like they vacuumed in a while, general cleanliness was ok, but could see corners and areas that aren't generally trafficked we're not touched. The breakfast was not included, the staff seemed uninterested in helping and seemed as though you were bothering them, and general maintenance of the building showed it was lacking. For an 80 to 90 dollar a night room, what I got would be what I would expect; but for close to 200 a night, woefully inadequate. Go to Hampton Inn at Franklin Berry Farms, much better accomodations, staff and price.

My wife and I have stayed at this location several times. We have never had a bad experience of any kind, and we really enjoy our stays. We are close to many different dining opportunities and to local and chain shopping. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always, always very nice.

Front desk staff checking in was unfriendly & rude. Could not explain the difference between a charge & a hold on credit card. When asked to repeat info. she became short tempered & disrespectful. I believe her name was Hope. The breakfast served there is not worth the price. 2 cartons of milk were spoiled/soured. Food was tasteless and there was only a small variety. The rooms however were clean & the parking lot well lighted. Surrounding area was very nice.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly, kind, caring and most accommodating. The room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! It was a freshly prepared meal that was hot offering many different selections! We loved our stay!
