This property was excellent. It met all of our expectations and more. The exterior of the property was well maintained. The interior of the property was exceptionally decorated. The beds were comfortable. There was a TV in every bedroom, which is outstanding. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which is a triple plus. The property was very clean. We had excellent communication with the host. This property would be excellent for a small family reunion. The property was as advertised and more.

Great spot so close to Broadway! Rental was beautiful and the garage and gated parking were both a big plus. Owner also graciously allowed us to drop our cars off before check in, which saved us a lot of time. Great communication, too.

Great Location and Spacious Home – Best for Short Stays

My two kids and I stayed here for 6 nights. Overall, it was a good stay with some highlights and a few things to be aware of if you're planning a longer visit.Positives:The home is conveniently located—just a short drive to everything we needed. The garage with direct entrance into the house was a big plus, especially with kids. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is updated with modern appliances, and the rooms are large and comfortable.Things to keep in mind for longer stays:While this house is perfect for a weekend getaway, it may not be ideal for extended stays without a little preparation. It’s a bit short on comforts—tall drinking glasses, no hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms, no kitchen sponges, just one dish towel, and very few hangers in the closets. There’s also noticeable street noise; we brought noise machines which helped, but sirens still woke us a few nights. The blinds let in quite a bit of light from the street at night, so consider bringing a sleep mask if you're sensitive.With a few small additions, this place could be just right for longer stays. Still, we appreciated the location and responsiveness of the host.

Nash Bash

Used the house for a weekend stay for our Bach weekend and had a great time! The home is beautiful with amazing high ceilings. Great price, good communication. The owner set up things to insure the safety of the home. 10/10 recommend! We will be back!

Nice place

The property was nice the neighborhood was questionable but the property is gated making you feel secure. The shuffleboard and various tv apps kept us occupied at night. It was a nice stay !

Beautiful, accommodating place

We really liked this property! Spacious and beautifully decorated. If staying during the summer, recommend discussing with the property manager about climate control the day of your stay so that it can be a comfortable temperature upon check-in.

Spacious and Clean

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, quiet, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was perfect to go to downtown Nashville. We appeciated the gated driveway and garage. We did have family visit and we appreciated the games available to play. We appreciate that we were able to being our dogs.

Great house, very clean and comfortable, actually looking so much better than the pictures, perfect space for the large group, comfortable beds and pillows, looks and feels very new and upgraded. Great work with the interior design - all colors, furniture and appliances are perfectly matched. Highly recommend and definitely coming back while next time in Nashville

Comfy and spacious

We were in town for the NASCAR race and decided to stay 2 extra days and get out and explore Nashville. The house was as described in the listing, check in was on time and the host was very welcoming in calling to make sure everything was great on arrival and provided us with a list of things to do and see plus places to eat. The house had a shuffleboard table, air hockey and soccer table. My dad and I played 12 games of shuffleboard then my dad and girlfriend played 3 games, we played air hockey and enjoyed it all. Excellent wi-fi smart TV’s in every room and all 3 bedrooms were comfy and had there on bathroom.We will definitely stay here again when back in Nashville.

Great Stay

Reserved for one night for AC/DC Concert but needed a 2nd after it was rescheduled. Sandy was great getting us setup for 2nd night. 10 minute Lyft ride to all the stuff. Modern updates and lots of room. Great place!

Lovely Home Away From Home

Lovely home, perfect for our group of 5. Great proximity to everything! Downtown, Midtown, and the Gulch were all a short Uber ride or drive. House was clean and the host was very communicative during our stay, checking in with us to make sure everything was what we needed.
