Guests may come and go as they please with seamless self-check-in via smart locks (utilizing the Latch App). Full access instructions are provided two days before arrival.

An on-site paid public parking garage can be found on the lower level. In this public garage, Hyve guests can park for a flat rate of $20. Free street parking is also available. EV Charging is now available in both garages.
If you arrive using a ridesharing service, you should be dropped off in front of the building on 7th Ave S. Use the ramp/walkway to access the lobby, then use the Latch App to open the lobby door. If we are not present to greet you, locate the elevator and take it to your unit for self check-in.

Beautiful stay, and very responsive host. It is walking distance to Broadway, but adjacent to a homeless shelter — the only draw back. Other than that it was amazing! Would stay again.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. The property manager was extremely responsive and made our stay spectacular. The accommodations were exactly as pictured and described. The additional amenities of the association were beautiful and used them (pool and firepits) each day during our stay. Once we figured out the Latch keyless access system we loved it because each person in our large group of 12 could access the building independently. The only minor drawback was the location. It is sandwiched between what appears to be a homeless hangout and a high use rail system. We were not bothered about that as we were out and about the entre time and neither of which impacted the enjoyment of our stay. we would absolutely stay here again!
