Ce fantastique deux chambres, une salle de bain complète, récemment rénové, est situé dans le point Judith exclusif et très recherché et il est maintenant disponible pour réserver pour cet été!

Il est parfaitement situé à une courte distance en voiture de la plupart des plus belles plages du Rhode Island: Narragansett, Scarborough, ainsi que Sand Hill Cove. Les environs offrent une sélection d'activités et de commodités pour chaque client (la digue, les plages de la ville, les magasins, les restaurants, etc.). Cette maison a tout, elle est inondée de lumière naturelle, possède une magnifique cuisine haut de gamme, une arrière-cour magnifiquement entretenue, une toute nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal pleine grandeur et bien sûr, l'air central!

Entrez dans ce charmant cottage et soyez accueilli par le salon ouvert sur la fabuleuse terrasse de l'arrière-cour et la cuisine de style moderne récemment rénovée. La magnifique cuisine comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, un éclairage sous l'armoire et une table pouvant facilement accueillir deux à quatre personnes. La cuisine est ouverte sur la salle familiale lumineuse et lumineuse avec une grande télévision à écran plat et une porte française qui mène au pont. Il y a une salle de bain complète au large de la cuisine avec une porte de douche en verre sans cadre et un sol personnalisé au plafond.

La chambre avant a un lit superposé avec une taille pleine sur le fond et une taille jumelle en haut, une télévision et une armoire. Cette chambre est idéale pour les adolescents et les jeunes enfants, mais peut également accueillir un adulte! La chambre principale a un lit double, un ventilateur de plafond, une commode, un placard et des tables de nuit.

De plus, il y a une petite pièce à l'entrée où se trouvent la laveuse et la sécheuse, cette zone est carrelée avec goût, propre et lumineuse.

L'extérieur de la maison a une terrasse spacieuse avec un barbecue à gaz et des meubles d'extérieur pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. La cour magnifiquement aménagée offre une pelouse bien entretenue et un espace idéal pour les jeux de jardin où vous pourrez profiter de ces chaudes nuits d'été en famille et entre amis. N'oubliez pas la douche extérieure qui a de l'eau courante chaude et froide!

My son and i have shared this tradition of spending the week of the 4th up in New England. We usually are up in Westport, MA. This year we did Narragansett. And let me tell you.... first Lynn is a magical human! Her interaction with is and immediate response was abive and beyond any expectation you can have for a human and property manager. The house was just as listed. Super clean, beautiful and just what we needed. Perdect for a small group or just you and your kiddo! Great location, you can see the ocean on a clear day just 2 blocks away. Easy to get all beaches and the ferry to Block Island. It was an amazing stay! If you asked my 9 year old he would say the shower is the best feature of the house..lol! But truly the hospitality and experience of the Captains Cottage I was memorable and we cannot wait to come back!. Its a home away from home!

We were a little concerned being right on a main drag. Once inside, the Cabin was well isolated from any and all noise. Convenient location to everything. Such a sweet place we will re-book here. Restaurant next door had quality food. The art work, the furnishing the cleanliness. Outstanding stay!

<5 minute drive to Scarborough Beach North. This beach has the classic RI waves. If you want calmer waters head <5 minutes the other way to Roger Wheeler Beach. You will need to bring a garbage bag as it’s carry in & carry home.

From the moment we stepped into the cottage, we found everything we needed and settled in easily. The house was impeccably clean as we could still smell remnants of cleaning products. It was well appointed with the finest decor, furnishings, linens, and kitchen supplies. Truly a beautiful cottage with stunning gardens. When we needed something, Jeffrey, the manager from next door greeted us and made himself available to meeting our needs. He even graced us with delicious doughboys and clam chowder! Two reserved parking spaces lent us easy access to and from all the nearby beaches. We will surely visit again! Thank you Jeffrey, Lynn, and David!

My sister stayed here instead of myself (because of unexpected surgery) and she really enjoyed the place. Said it was small but comfortable and had all the amenities! She especially appreciated the help and assistance from your helpers at Iggy's, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, expecially during the hurricane!

The Captain's Cottage is an beautiful Vacation home. Well appointed and extremely clean. having an outdoor and indoor shower was a huge benefit with the family. There was nothing missing from our stay. Walking distance to several beaches, 30 min walk to the ferry. great food right next door. Absolutely will recommend to all!

All the comforts of home, bedding was comfy, plenty of towels + beach towels. Close to beaches and interesting shoreline exploration, sunsets, Providence, Wakefield, Naragannset. We were lucky enough to take in the 1st Firewater celebration on the riverfront in Providence since 2019! It was joyful and spectactular. We absolutely loved the cottage comforts and A/C, as well as a generous gift basket on arrival! The location was perfect!

Everything about this cottage is perfect. From the location to the beaches and walk to the local restaurants, to the modern updated coastal decor and use of space. And most importantly the place upon arrival was spotless. Upon entering, all you could smell was a refreshing clean scent. I am a fanatic when it comes to cleaning. I can truly say that after my inspection, not one thing was out of place. This is the only house I have ever stayed at where I did not also clean after arriving. And the welcome basket was incredible. Don't want to tell you what you will get, but as a native RIer who now lives in the midwest, I LOVED IT. We will be back next year.

Very comfortable, like new, has almost everything you will need.....we asked for napkins and placemats and a few other things and someone always showed up in minutes to provide what we needed. The take out restaurant nearby did not impacted us at all . In fact it was very convenient on those days when we didn't want to cook dinner. I would rent this place again for sure and I don't say that about most rentals

We had a lovely time at this clean bright cottage. The landscape was impeccable. Beautiful flowers and grass that felt like a rug. Small but perfectly thought out. The bathroom is amazing. I couldn’t wait to take a shower in it. Located close to everything. I will recommend this cottage to everyone I know . My son can’t wait to come again.

We had a wonderful time at the Point Judith house. The inside of the home is adorable, the welcome basket was wonderful, and it had everything you need for a great vacation. I don't think we realized the location would be basically in the middle of the restaurant parking lot, which took some getting used to but after a few days we got used to it. Most days it wasn't too busy and everything else was so great.

This cottage was delightful, there were 5 of us, and initially we thought is may be too small, but it turned out just fine. We enjoyed the outside deck and shower. The location was very convenient to beaches and local restaurants. We really enjoyed our time, and found it hard to leave.

The cottage is lovely and though smallish still worked well for 4 adults which included an 18 and 26 year old. The back deck was perfect for a family meal or reading, amazingly calm despite being next door to Iggys restaurant. And partially overlooking their parking lot. The location was walkable to many places-the beach, ice cream, etc. And Iggys doughboys and chowder were exceptional and right next door. Was a bit concerned initially when seeing the location next door to the restaurant but this turned out not to detract at all from a relaxing, fun experience

June-July 2020 We spent about a month at the captains cottage and really loved it. We were greeted with a cute welcome basket which is much appreciated. The house is decorated beautifully and has everything you need- plenty of towels, linens, kitchen is fully stocked and has a Keurig machine. The bathroom is spa-like with great water pressure and a heating option, perfect when you come out of the shower. Bedrooms and living room all have tvs - the cable channels were odd but the tvs are equipped with Netflix and Hulu so we used that option. Washer and dryer in a separate room was a huge plus. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and enjoyed using the grill, patio furniture was very comfortable. There’s an outdoor shower which was great for washing off sand after the beach. The landscaping and flowers aligning the house are beautiful. Location is great- close proximity to Roger Wheeler beach (you can walk) and Scarborough is close too. Very convenient to be located on the same property as Iggys - staff was super friendly and helpful and dropped by to give us extra toilet paper, soap and anything else we needed. The only slight drawback are the occasional crowds at Iggys but we got used to it. Overall, I highly recommend and can definitely see my family returning next summer!

The cottage is about 2 minutes away from many of the local beaches. So the location was great for that. Also there is lots to do , if you do not feel like going to the beach. The owners and his staff were helpful and always checking to see that we had a good time. The place was very clean and cozy. I would recommend the cottage . The only thing I would say is if you are not that mobile then this would not be the place for you. there are several steps to the house and inside. My Mom who was on vacation with me could not climb into the bed with my Dad because it was too high. So my parents had to sleep separate for the week. I had to spend the week on the couch. Overall a Great Place. If you were planning on vacationing in Narragansent check it out.

We loved our stay at this darling cottage. Our family has never stayed in a VRBO so we were nervous, but this place exceeded our expectations. At first we were a little taken aback that the cottage is located in the middle of Iggy's parking lot (the famous Judith Point restaurant), but it ended up being a non-issue. The cottage has enough landscaping surrounding it to provide privacy and separation, plus Iggy's hours of operation were when we were off at the beach or site seeing. By the end of the trip we really enjoyed watching the people come and go. I don't usually write reviews, but this place is worth it. You won't be disappointed staying here. Good location, nice people, clean house, new interior and furniture... very, very great!
