Cava Li Santi Residence is located in Santa Caterina, Nardò near Gallipoli. the structure is only 2 km from Porto Selvaggio, park and protected nature reserve of the Puglia region, famous for its uncontaminated nature and its crystal clear sea it is a destination for many tourists.
Cava Li Santi Residence takes its name because it was completely dug out of the rock of a Salento quarry and ancient shell fossils emerge from the rocky walls of the structure and the dry stone walls. The walls of the apartments were built respecting the style of the surrounding nature and of the quarry.
Dimora La Cava is a residence for exclusive use bordering the Cava Li Santi residence. From the Dimora you can access the shared swimming pool and the garden of the residence via a rear gate.
This is not a vacation spot like any other, the attention to detail, the comfort, the peace that surrounds and the space intended for guests, make the stays of friends who come from all over the world for pleasure unique to live this experience at the Cava Li Santi residence.
Interior
The house is spread over two levels:
Main apartment of 80sqm (4 pax - 2 bedrooms) with entrance and front garden for exclusive use, has a large veranda shaded by a wooden canopy, equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and a small laundry room with sink and washing machine. You enter the house by entering the dining room with open kitchen, sofa and TV; double bedroom with TV and twin bedroom with TV, two bathrooms with shower cubicle, internal parking space.
A staircase leads to the secondary apartment of 40sqm (2 pax + 1) consisting of a double bedroom with TV, a bathroom with box, kitchen with kitchenette and single sofa bed. The kitchen of this apartment leads to another external veranda of relevance with a wooden roof also equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining and with direct exit to the garden and shared swimming pool of the residence.
The house has direct access to the shared pool.
The price includes: property delivered completely clean and equipped with bed linen and towels, utilities (water - gas for cooking use - electricity), wireless internet connection, bicycles available, use of the swimming pool with sunbeds. For stays longer than a week change of linen and cleaning of the apartment on Saturday.
