Cascina Mimì is a vacation home in the countryside in Nardò, in a very convenient location to reach the beaches by car in a few minutes. It offers up to 6 beds.
The house has an equipped outdoor space and accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, dishwasher, electric oven, iron and ironing board, crib. Pets allowed.

The
vacation house is very simple. The exteriors are equipped with table,
chairs and umbrella where you can have lunch and dinner outside. The
space is quite large, with laundry room and parking space.
Cascina Mimì consists of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one single, in which it is possible to insert a cot as a sixth bed.
The living area consists of an eat-in kitchen and living room with sofa and TV. The house is completed by a shower room.

The
vacation home is located in the countryside, along a provincial road
that connects Nardò to Sant`Isidoro, Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo,
all seaside resorts that can be reached by car in just a few minutes.
Nardò is a beautiful town with a historic center to discover, as well as all the main services. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 14 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner not in all bedrooms.
