Un cadre magnifique
Bel hôtel dans un environnement vraiment très beau. La chambre donnait sur la rivière et la vue était magnifique. La piscine est de bonne taille pour en profiter à plusieurs, le personnel sympathique et le déjeuner proposait ce qu'il fallait, sans excès. A signaler : la proximité avec l'aéroport. Les avions passaient au-dessus de notre tête. Pas franchement gênant pour ma part.

L’hôtel est bien placé mais l’aéroport est à côté et les avions passent souvent au dessus de nos tête pas très agréable quand on est autour de la piscine. Point négatif sur la salle de bain avec barre handicapé cassé prise arrachée et fuite.

Great pool. Very good breakfast. Hotel lacked amenities which was odd for a Hyatt. Convenient location. Front desk staff was very nice and professional but we had to call to have someone clean the room and the next day we gave up and just picked up clean towels from the front desk. This was after being out of the room all day both days.

I truly am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Normally as long as the do not disturb is not on the door the housekeeping team does a daily refresh of the room. Our hotel is the select service model in the Hyatt family which means we do have less to offer than a full service Hyatt hotel. On the positive side we are also much less expensive than the Hyatt up the road.

MY stay at the Hyatt House was comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Even though I was on the first floor facing the entrance, the room was quiet inside. I di not hear a lot of outside noise. The pool was great and ample seating and lounge chairs.

This hotel is an absolute gem of a place! It is luxurious all the way around. The breakfast is incredible. The pool and surroundings are impeccable and pleasant.

We stay here yearly when visiting Naples. Only disappointment is they have discontinued their shuttle service to downtown area which was a nice convenience. Delicious breakfast and hotel is well maintained.

Loved that the pull and jacuzzi have an incredible view of the bay. I would have liked the pool to be heated though. Enjoyed the stay nonetheless

Male front desk worker was extremely rude did not explain anything; the property did not disclose that the airport was right behind it and caused so much noise and commotion for my infant. Could not enjoy the pool because of it. Highly disappointed, highly unsatisfied.

On our Hyatt website we do state under transportation it is 3 miles from the hotel or many people leave reviews some positive and some negative about the planes. We had an awesome time at the Hyatt. Stayed for 9 days and loved every minute of it. Everything looked new and very clean. Easy access to downtown Naples. Beach also not far. The pool was huge and right on the river. A great stay!

Horrible room front row car park and very instrusive road noise from the main road. Feels like an old motel that’s been smartened up for mid level management .
