There was a mixup between a third-party site Expedia that allows you to book for hotel indigo; We received a notice that said we could pay half of our total fee the day we booked and pay the other half the day we arrive at the hotel. The hotel Nighttime manager, Ruth ran my credit card for the full amount of my hotel stay When I was under the impression that Hotel indigo was sent the authorization permission the day I booked and thought half of the hotel had been paid for already. While I was trying to explain my concerns on the phone because I was under the impression that I had already paid for half of my room, Ruth continued to threaten to cancel my hotel booking and refused to provide excellent customer service with the incorrect information given to me by either Expedia or hotel indigo in Napa. I will not be staying at another hotel indigo Because of this experience.

We apologize for the inconvenience we did just hire new staff members and they are going through training still possibly where the mistake happened. I will be sure to speak with my current staff and go over how to properly handle this situation in the future.

I apologize for the noise. Expedia platinum status is fully through that third party the hotel has no control over their rewards or promotions unfortunately anytime when needed something with the third party you would need to contact them for them to contact the hotel to get any of their rewards.

We were not told by the front desk that breakfast was included as part of the reservation. We did not get breakfast the first day. The hotel sent us a message that they refunded $40 to Expedia for their over sight. Please refund us $40. We were also not told that there were parking fees. Fortunately the hotel waived the parking fees. The refrigerator didn’t work in our room but the hotel gave us a new room only to find out the next morning they were refurbishing the room next door and it was very noisy. Also the phone did not work in the new room.

We have asked Expedia to refund your 40.00 as the message suggested. If you are ever in the Napa Area please do drop in and my team and I will be more than happy to serve you free breakfast throughout your stay with us or anywhere else.. Once again please accept our sincere apologies for the oversight and not giving you your breakfast on the first day of your stay.

Distance from downtown is about 8 minutes and 5 miles away from Yountville . Price was good and didn’t break the bank

The property itself was ok. The jacuzzi was just a little pool of stagnant warm water and it has mildew all over the bottom. The gym was dirty and very limited equipment. I just hate that we pay a resort fee, then a tourism tax, then another tax. Then with parking we pay the parking fee, a tourism tax fee, and another parking fee. The additional fees on all these places is ridiculous and honestly it’s misleading to the consumer.

We apologize for the inconvenience, we do not have a resort fee so I am confused on what you meant by that? The parking fee is standard for our brand and the tourism tax fee is mandated by the state for county we are located in. Apologies if you weren't made aware of these before you stayed with us.

I grew up in the Napa Valley and am so over the wine thing. This is a reasonable, easy access spot with restaurants within a short walk, and Whole Foods and Target nearby for basic necessities. A fun diagonal walk through town runs along the railroad line from near the hotel to the Oxbow!

Loved our stay!
