Bruit infernal s’il a du vent
Ok en général! Toutefois s’il s’agit d’un séjour venteux j’éviterais cet hôtel car ils ont un problème avec la tuyauterie lorsque le vent est fort et le bruit est infernal cela nous a empêché de dormir pour 2 nuits. Lorsque nous avons demandé de changer de chambre ils ont dit que le bruit était pire dans les autres chambres. Très décevant comme service.

Cet hôtel est bien situé. Il est très propre. Rien à dire de négatif. Pour une nuit, c'était fantastique. J'aurais aimé passé plusieurs jours.

Hôtel fonctionnel et agréable. Il serait souhaitable que le service réception soit à la hauteur du reste. Attente inexplicable car réception inoccupée pendant 10 minutes - puis accueil style robot manquant de chaleur humaine. Ne publiez pas ces propos s'ils sont injurieux ou blasphématoires.

Booked it for my parents. They were comfortable and enjoyed the stay said it was difficult getting a hold of the staff, but they enjoyed the stay.

Let's start with the funny smell in the room when we arrived, and then the detail of waking up with ants crawling in the bed. The funny smell turned out to be a very toxic chemical that was sprayed (hotshot) liberally in the room before arrival to control the ant problem. Even so, the ants persisted crawling all over our luggage. Most disturbing was a truckload of men in the parking lot who were there when we arrived at 8 pm, and who were still there when we checked out prematurely at 10 am. By then they were extremely inebriated, dancing shirtless and blasting explicit music. We also witnessed them peeing in the parking lot. The worst of it was when we asked about this at the front desk. The gentleman working there was extremely dismissive when we (as two women) expressed that we felt unsafe. His main response was to simply ask if the men had directly approached us. Our feeling was that it could turn into a dangerous situation. Do we, or other travelers, have to be physically hurt before action is taken by the hotel? We asked if he felt that this was acceptable behavior and were again dismissed. I strongly recommend that you think twice about staying here.

On the following day I asked if they were going to clean the room. I was told by the staff and the regular worker that they clean the rooms once a week. The manager then told me that he had told me at check in. I told him that wasn’t correct. His staff then threw the policy at me. I told her I didn’t need it. They threatened to call the police on us. They told us to leave the property. We were onour way to an event. I called Expedia because I didn’t feel comfortable staying there not to mention concern about my belongings. I asked for clean towels I was told to bring the dirty ones down to the front desk then we can get fresh ones. I literately had to leave the hotel because of the stress not to mention uncomfortable

Room had a bad musty odor, I had to go out and get air freshener to mask the smell. No dish soap, no dishwashing soap, rusting radiator with old pistachio shells inside the vent. One remote for two tvs, chipped/peeling furniture. Broken recliner. There is no attention to detail. No staff around. Had to wait 10 min at front desk for assistance…

Cleanliness was questionable. Had to have my room changed as bathroom towel rack had been broken prior to my checkin with towels on the floor and the replacement room had a bed not properly made and a pillow case with what looked like a blood stain. Would not stay there again as now I wouldn’t trust its upkeep.
