Cette hotel est propre avec une qualite spectaculair et tres facile d'aller a Manhattan et au outlet Woodbury Common. J'aimee beaucoup le breakfast. C'est un hotel que je voudrais retourner!

Agréablement surprise!
Je voyage plusieurs fois par année et je ne vais généralement pas dans des hôtels de moins de 4 étoiles et demi. J'ai été agréablement surprise lors de mon arrivée à l'hôtel. Le décor est superbe au lobby, le personnel est courtois et la chambre était très bien et très propre. C'était parfait. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

We booked a suite through Expedia, when checking in, we were told there are no suites. With a family of 3, and a family of 2(a separate booking) we had to split rooms with kids. We were never notified prior to arrival of this information. This was not very good service or communication.

The jacuzzi was not hot. I reported from the pool on the red phone and no one came. I then asked for towels but they were in drier so I had to go to the room wet. That was second day. The housekeeper never knocked on door to collect or do any clean up the entire stay. On Monday the jacuzzi worked again on Monday? After another patron asked for help with the jacuzzi. I come here all the time and was shocked to see that the staff were not as courteous and the jacuzzi is my favorite spot while the kids play in the pool. After a lot of personal struggles all I wanted was that jacuzzi!!!!

Reserved a room requested, Not Near Elevator or noisy area, renewed reservation request for Not Near Elevator at checkin. Desk gave keyto room 220 10 feet from elevator. Also room hallentry light did notwork. Best part of staywas waitperson in dining room…made great martinis and chef made a tasty dinner. Hilton…you can do better!
