Great holiday getaway
I’ve had real hit-or-miss experiences with rentals, but this was a HIT. The cottage was exactly as I described. Theresa was wonderful and extremely patient as my group had a harder time than normal finding the key box. We’re already planning to return next year!

Beautiful home
The home was beautiful and very well maintained. Every modern amenity was available. Beds were very comfortable with high end linens. Everything was provided, even soap and shampoo. The only suggestion I would make is to have more comfortable furniture in the living room. There was a nice size TV, but there was only a small loveseat and a non-functional chair. I would like to see an L-shaped pit group or at least another comfortable chair or recliner to sit on. It was very crowded for our group.

Beautiful place and amazing location
As someone who has rented many houses in Nantucket, this house is stunning. It is completely redone, the most comfortable beds and smelled like a beautiful spa. It also is a great location, a 5-minute walk to town. Can't say enough good things and one should definitely consider staying here.

The property is beautifully appointed and very clean. It is centrally located and super easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Theresa was our contact and she was incredibly helpful and kind. Charming cottage!
We had a relaxing stay at this charming cottage. It was in a perfect location close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shopping. Easily walkable from the ferry. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable amenities. Easy check in/out with good communication from owner. We would definitely rent again on our next trip to Nantucket.

Great location, cosy and welcoming property
We stayed here over the 2023 Daffodil Weekend. The property is located an easy 2-3 block walk from Town and Stop&Shop. The property was spotlessly clean, quiet, very cosy and warm. The beds were very comfortable. And the overall feel was welcoming and easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Elizabeth cottage was charming! It was cozy and just perfect for our first Nantucket visit. It was in a great location, close to town and the bike routes. Cozy king size bed was comfortable.

Lovely Little Cottage
My husband, daughter and I stayed for Thanksgiving week at this property, and it was lovely! It is small but very well laid out, clean & well equipped. Exactly as pictured and close to town so we could walk each day. The property Manager, Theresa, was great as usual and made our stay very easy. She is a joy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Bright and cheerful Nantucket Cottage
This cottage was bright and clean with a lovely kitchen and very comfortable beds. The location was outstanding--easy walk to Nantucket town but also to Goose Pond, Francis Beach, Brant Point Lighthouse, and restaurants. Overall, the rental was quiet and peaceful and had thoughtful touches like a Keurig coffeemaker and a vase of pretty flowers on the table next to a large box of chocolate candy. Also, the washing machine and dryer were a helpful amenity.

My family of three had a great time at this property. The photos are accurate and the location can't be beat. It's just a short walk to the center of town plus across the street from a lovely beach. The only downside was the loft area was closed, but other than that it was great.

Very Modern/Clean Though Small
This is a very modern and clean unit (unlike most on Nantucket) in a prime location less than a 10 minute walk from town center. Owner communicated well and remote check-in process was easy. The only downside is that the bedrooms are somewhat small (2-3 feet around the bed) so it can feel a little tight, especially with another couple in the 2nd bedroom. I definitely recommend it and would consider staying here again.

Lovely stay at this beautiful property. Theresa was responsive with overall questions and with regard to check in and ensuring I had the key code prior to check in. Unit was beautifully decorated and a great location to down town as well as heading out of town towards beaches and mid-island. Couple things that could be called out more overtly in the listing and/or when questions come through; loft is not accessible, home right in front obstructs most of the view (which isn't the problem b/c the pictures only show a small view which are accurate), the home has been raised and is being renovated and not at all in good condition. And since it was raised, the workman look right into the back door window (has not blind). Would reco getting blind for back door. Also to note the mattresses were VERY soft. Other than that the space was well outfitted and very cozy and comfortable. We would reco the rental - thoughts are just to enusre expectations of guests are calibrated coming in. Thank you Theresa!

Nantucket for a Wedding Weekend
The cottage location was fabulous! easy to drive in and out of town and walk to town. Surprised by how quiet it was! Clean and well appointed. Host was easy to reach. Things I would change or do: more fresh new towels, make sure grill patio area is free of pollen and debris, -I just hade to say I was quite disappointed the view we had was NOT as pictured. We looked out upon a house with its roof torn apart snd a slip of a sea view. That made for not fun! porch time . overall it’s good and maybe other units have better views! thx lots we will be back!

Had a nice time. Home was quaint and clean. View was not as pictured. House in front blocks all view. Slight issue with ants but owner attentive to resolve. Bedrooms are extremely small. No room to unpack. Location is fabulous.

Good afternoon Martha, We are pleased you enjoyed your stay. We are not quite clear about the reference to the view as the harbor can be seen from the cottage in both directions. The rooms are precisely as pictured and the square footage of the cottage is as advertised. The occasional little ants are island wide and typically occur only after an extended period of rain. Our cottages have regularly scheduled exterminator service and mini-ant traps are added as needed. We hope you will visit again soon. Kindest regards, Theresa

Peaceful Weekend Getaway
Theresa was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had! This house was small but peaceful. We walked in and it smelt so clean and fresh! And the bed was SO COMFY! Cozy Cottage
Daffodil Weekend on Nantucket is a special time of year and continued to live up to our expectations. We were blessed with 5 straight days of sunshine with high 50’s temperatures. The cottage is in a great location; close to town, close to the market, and on a quiet side street. Our host, Theresa, was attentive, promptly responded to our inquiries and ensured the home was ready for our arrival. The pictures on the listing accurately depict the unit and it’s furnishings. The 2 bedrooms are adjacent to one another with the bathroom in between making it easy for guests in either bedroom to access it. A great rental for couples or families. Enjoy!

We had a lovely time in Nantucket. Place was great and clean. Nice location! Our only hiccup was not having the access code until after 5pm day of check in. Had to call VRBO in order to get it after reaching out to owner. Was able to get it around 5:15pm but caused me a bit of panic at the start of trip that we wouldn’t get in. Other then that everything else was wonderful.

The cottage is clean, decorated beautifully, and a close walk to town. Beds were comfortable and we loved the Sonos system. I did book based on communication that there was a sleeper sofa, which there was not. We were traveling with teenagers and needed to rethink the sleeping arrangements. The cottage was so adorable that I would definitely book again. Thank you!

Ideal location and super clean!
Great little spot to stay for our 1st visit to Nantucket. Perfect location, very clean and beautiful and well maintained accommodations. 2 minor complaints - it wasn’t clear that the sleeping loft shown in pic wasn’t accessible to guests which would have been great additional space. The other was the pile of construction debris righty next to the deck which obstructed the view and was definitely an eyesore. The manager advised that this was temporary due to neighbor doing construction but had I known, I would have selected one of the other units. Otherwise great place to stay for our family of 4. Manager very responsive when I blew a fuse using hairdryer so appreciative of that. Would recommend.

Perfect cottage in a great location
the Cottage is brand new - clean - efficient - and oh-so-comfortable. It's just close enough to town to be convenient and just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. There's a lovely view of the harbor in the distance, and the cottage is really comfortable for four people (two couples). The owner has thought of everything.

Quaint Seaside Escape
The home is in an ideal location, short walk to downtown area with cute shops and different dining options. A beach is steps away. We loved being able to sit on the back deck with food and drinks watching the panoramic view of the ocean. The home was clean and comfortable with lovely amenities. I loved the music playing throughout the home when we arrived and the delicious chocolates and beautiful flower arrangements which lasted for our entire stay. Theresa and the property managers were very responsive to any of our needs.

We really had a great stay, the place was in a great location. Very clean and had everything we needed. My only small complaint was we were getting a little concerned that we hadn't heard anything about the keycode until a half hour before check in. We use VRBO often and always get the code the day before. But that aside we will diffently look into staying here again. Thank you
