Our quiet, comfortable house is within an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and in-town attractions. It's on the bike path; a short cycle to beaches, Bartlett's Farm, and other points of interest. Our house features wonderful open living space, indoor and outdoor dining for 8, a fully-equipped kitchen, central heating/AC, and comfortable furnishings throughout.

Beautiful home in a convenient location just outside of Main Street. We were able to walk from the ferry to the house with suitcases in tow. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at this property for three nights over the long thanksgiving weekend. Great location with a very easy walk to town. House is beautiful with everything you need. Plenty of space for everyone and the common area on the second floor is fantastic. We especially appreciated the quick communication from our hosts. Will definitely be back!

We stayed "Milk Money' for almost a week while attending a family wedding. The home was super comfortable and the upside-down layout (bedrooms on first floor, living area on second floor) worked perfectly for our extended family. Place had all the amenities and cookware we needed for all of our meals. Walking to town was easy, and Cisco Beach not far. Barlett Farm also very near. Area is great for biking. The driveway is a little steep and entrance to Milk Street just needs to be naviagated carefully using the mirror. Would highly recommend Marc's home!

Our milestone birthday(s) vacation was absolutely perfect in this home! It was so inviting, beautiful and comfortable! We loved the layout of the house and the location was superb to all activities and bike paths. The owners were above and beyond wonderful to work with, and their attentiveness and follow up was five star level! Nantucket is a magical island that I highly recommend- and if you are lucky enough to schedule a getaway at this home, count your lucky stars! A true delight!

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Nantucket and Mark and Deb were a big part of it. The house was perfect! The living area was a wonderful space for our family to gather at the beginning and end of our day. We had a toddler with us and Mark made sure to have a portable crib for us! They let us arrive a little earlier and also were kind enough to let us store our bags our last day. Cannot say enough about our experience. I would highly recommend this house for your trip to Nantucket. It was also very easy to walk downtown or to Cisco Brewery on the bike and hike trail. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

For years now the women in my family have gathered annually ion Nantucket for the Daffodil Festival. This year since our numbers have grown to 6, we decided to get a house instead of staying at a B & B. We were so happy with your property. The house was beautiful and decorated with such comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. We had a great time!

We had such an amazing time at Mark & Debbieā€™s beautiful property. The house was charming, well stocked, and very cosy. The street out front was quiet, but the walk in to town center was maybe 10 minutes, so it was really the perfect location. Communication with Mark was swift and he was easy to get ahold of when we had questions. My group really appreciated their flexibility with check in/out times after we had some chaotic flight changes. I canā€™t recommend this house enough and I hope we can return one day!

This house exceeded all our expectations! Great location, great backyard, great bedrooms, comfortable living room and amazing kitchen (has everything you'd need). Perfect spot to get anywhere on the island quickly and not far from downtown. On top of that, Mark was an amazing host. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely consider staying here again.

The house is updated and has a relaxing, warm vibe. Itā€™s called an upside-down home with the kitchen and living room upstairs, and all bedrooms downstairs. This provided a large, open entertaining space since the kitchen and living room joined together, which we really enjoyed. If you have guests waking up especially early and moving upstairs, just realize others sleeping below will hear though we didnā€™t find this to be a significant issue. The walk or bike into town, which we did several times a day, was under a mile and we were conveniently located to bike ride to all the beaches and sites. Our host was Johnny on the spot with all communications and the check in and out process was smooth and pain free! Thank you!!

Milk Money met all our expectations: close proximity to town, but far enough to give the older non-bikers some pleasant walks. An ā€˜upside down houseā€™, the second floor kitchen and sitting room combination was particularly comfortable and although we cooked very little, everything was available to make this a pain-free experience should we have wished to do so. The whole family enjoyed returning to Nantucket and although town was obviously busy, Milk Money proved a haven of peace and comfort after busy days. Mark was, additionally, a very considerate host, so thank you for all the courteous and rapid responses!
