« host is phenomenal- made check in process very easy. have stayed here two years in a row. great for my partner and I and our two dogs. cozy but cute! »

« I enjoyed this stay for a solo trip but it would also be perfect for a couple or two close friends who don’t mind sharing a [hotel quality] bed. Fairly open and spacious for a studio—loved having a smart tv, small fridge/freezer and coffee maker, full bathroom. The entrance is through the backyard and requires the use of stairs, you may have to walk through the yard where people are entertaining but that did not bother me as everyone was friendly. Sound definitely travels from the upstairs...

« Pros: bus stop directly across the street was a huge plus and it is free through 2025. Renovation of basement (and it was bright inspite of lower level location) done very well and decor was locally specific which we loved! Lots of books, comfy beds, hot water in the shower even with three people taking showers in a row. TV worked flawlessly. Temps in unit were perfect throughout the stay. Plenty of blankets for the beds. Cons: a bit musty yet owners did well to have a dehumidifier in the unit....

« The apartment is for the most part as advertised; cute and generally well located between town and beach. However, the parking is a problem as they share it with a bike shop. Another issue we ran into was the kitchen has ants so any food will wind up infested. A minor detail is the beds have linens so thin you will be cold. »

« Clean, easy, quiet, spacious. The place was exactly as pictured on the listing and the hostess was so easy to work with! You do have to realize it's a basement apt so there is no outdoor seating, etc... (there is a grill though) but we were at the beach and eating out most nights so it was perfect for us! Would highly recommend! »

« My husband, dog and I loved our stay at Alesia’s property! The location was great, Alesia was very responsive and professional, and the space was clean and welcoming. We had a lovely time and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for somewhere to stay on Nantucket. »

« The property is very new, clean and spacious. The place was well stocked in the kitchen and they had beach chairs for use. The hosts were easily accessible and very responsive. Would recommend for a couple for a Nantucket weekend stay! I will add - a car is really required to stay here. It is set back from the main roads, on a long gravel road, and not near any bus stops, so I would recommend renting an SUV. Ubers had an hard time finding the place. Also the listing does mention a grill,...

« Clean and well-kept. Exactly what my group of three needed - a landing pad to get ready for the day in and sleep at night. No kitchen but we did not spend too much time in the unit so it didn't matter. Would stay again! »

« I enjoyed my stay at this studio apartment. It is in a great location within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in Nantucket Center. The studio contained everything that I wanted to have a comfortable stay there. The hosts provided detailed and accurate information about the studio and the checkin and checkout process. They were also very responsive to me during my stay. I highly recommend this apartment for a single person or a couple looking for a place to stay on Nantucket. »
