We had a wonderful 3 week vacation in this beautiful condo. Loved the views from the balcony and large windows. Very clean and comfortable.The hosts were very prompt in responding to all our needs. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful serring beside a marina but a bit further out than i expected. There is a good Vietnamese restaurant at the edge of the marina but nothing else nearby. The apartment was well eqipped and comfortable.

We were in Nanaimo for a wedding with friends and spent 7 days and had an excellent stay at this condo. The view is amazing and the location is even better. It was very clean and very well equipped. Only tiny thing we didn't like were the towels. They would need an upgrade

This is a sleek, modern condo well-situated with a nice view of a marina. Our only issue was with hosts’ policy re amenities. Canadians have a reputation for being nicer than we Americans but the “honor system “ re amenities did not work for us. Guests are supposed to replace what they use. Well, we discovered that there was no body soap in either bathroom, no paper towels or napkins in the kitchen and only a handful of tissues left. Half an hour before checkout I used the last tissue. I’m supposed to go out and buy a new box of tissues to leave behind? Don’t think so. Coffee, salt, things like that I understand, but it seems to me that host has responsibilities towards disposables like body soap and paper towels. Nonetheless, I would stay here again but come prepared.

With a little effort this place could be spectacular.Start with cleaning floors, appliances and counters. Some dishes and cutlery were dirty despite being put away.I thought the bedding was dirty because the bed was so poorly made and sheets rumpled. Supply soap and shampoo!!! Given the cleaning fee, lack of cleanliness when we arrived it’s outrageous that you expect guests to do laundry and unload the dishwasher!! Paper towels would be nice to have.Host seem not to care about the comfort of guests. Murphy bed very uncomfortable. Main bedroom very comfortable and so nice to have two AC units.

This condo has a beautiful view of the marina and is within walking distance of a few restaurants. It was not well stocked tho and this was our first experience with a VRBO having to supply our own bathroom tissue, shampoo, coffee etc. They did say they only supply enough for one day in their book after we read it. We only had one knife which was extremely dull, very few dishes and cutler. The vacuum did not work well and it could have been cleaned to a higher standard. They did supply threedifferent coffee makers and a kettle which was nice. They need a larger kitchen garbage as we were running the garbage out every day and had to supply our own bags. They also need two folding chairs for outside as they only had two chairs for 4 people. We would go back but these are our suggestions to make it more enjoyable for your guests.

This oceanside unit was the perfect home base for us as we spent the weekend visiting family in Nanaimo. It had all the comforts of home....but a much better view! It was clean and comfortable, bright and open. Breakfast on the patio, overlooking the marina, was such a treat. We are looking forward to our next visit.

This lovely waterfront condo is perfect in every way. You can’t beat the view of the Marina! We enjoyed watching the boat activity. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. The bed and living room furniture were super comfortable. The location made it easy to get around Nanaimo. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect. Building was very quiet and easy to access. Most amazing comfortable bed! Very peaceful environment! The unit had everything you needed. The only comments I would like to suggest to owners is the pots and pans have peeling Teflon, cutlery is very cheap and small, some plastic scrapers were falling off in our food as they were melted down, bleach stains on towel. Over all cleanliness ok, however cushions on couch have some staining and in between cushions dirt and crumbs. Little things make a difference.

My husband and I stayed at Gary’s condo over Christmas so we could visit our kids/grandkids. What a wonderful experience we had! The condo is clean and spacious, everything updated, and well stocked pantry. We had one minor issue with the internet and the hosts contacted us immediately to rectify the situation (I only mention this to let you know the owners are very responsive). The view is spectacular, the area is quiet and had everything we needed! We’ll definitely refer to friends and family for future visits!
