« Très hôtel style montagnard à l’extérieur de Sapa. Chambres magnifiques avec vue exceptionnelle. Personnel gentil mais peu qualifié ce qui rend le service très bancal en général (maitrise de l’anglais très moyenne, absence de coordination, quelques indélicatesses). Spa assez vieillot. They helped us book tours to Fansipan, they answered all of our random questions and inquiries and offered to find info on our flights when our SIM card wasn’t working and when there was urgency.
