The property need to have a better Internet system, and they need to let people be aware that they are responsible for their driver to and from the airport. Other than that the hotel is in a great location. The restaurant food was great and the staff was outstanding they had a lot of respect from the people that let you in the gate to the ones twho prepare your food to the one who clean your room to the ones at the front desk, I enjoyed everything about my stay at this hotel. I stayed there for 12 days and my stay was amazing. This hotel had the best staff I ever meet. I love the way everyone greeted you on a daily basis.

El hotel esta cerca de tiendas y supermercado. el cuarto que nos todo. el sensor de movimiento tenia problemas, la ducha el agua slia por todos lados, la goma de la puerra del bańo estaba despegada, reporte todo y enseguida fueron a arreglar todo, muy buena respuesta. El desayuno muy bueno. En general nos fue miy bien en este hotel el servicio y atención muy bueno. lo recomiendo.

Very clean and well equipped room. Service was great too - prompt service despite a midnight check-in and very accommodating to my request for a quiet room and late check-out.

Pleasantly surprised
The exterior of the hotel made me question my choice, but our driver said it was very nice. The receptionist was helpful though not overly pleasant. The room was beautiful, modern, comfortable. The location was excellent and not far from the CBD. We would definitely stay here again.

There was Disco music palying that would have kept us awake and we had to change rooms twice to even get to sleep. The room that we were finally put in was small and stuffy.

Decor of a Hyatt Regency at a Holiday Inn price
Excellent check-in. Room was ready and great choice. Lobby is small with 5 chairs but 100 feet away is great indoor/outdoor lounge areas with room for 50 meetings of business men at same time. Breakfast buffet is a real value when pre-booked in room rate. Excellent food choices, 3 juices, 3 cereals, 10 hot entrees, custom eggs to order, 6 breads, great coffee, 5 fruits for dessert. 20 foot long buffet for breakfast is impressive. Dinner is also buffet just different choices and is expensive and only fair . On busy street which is under construction so there is a constant traffic jam. One hour from airport due to traffic. Nice indoor/outdoor bar for drinks at night. Very good security. No pool or business center. Fast modern elevators. Stayed four nights on business. Would come back again.

Ngong super staff
Stayed at the Ngong Hills Hotel for a couple of nights either end of a trip to the Mara. The staff are just lovely and bent over backward to accommodate our needs. The hotel itself is clean and functional- but fine for the price. Had a couple of mosquitos in the rooms so do be vigilant. The location was good for us as close to both international and domestic airports.

The room and the restaurant were great. The only thing that was tough was that there were mosquitoes coming into our room nonstop (maybe from the vents or drain) such that I got most of my bites just from being inside/sleeping in our hotel room.

Quick pleasant stay
When doing my initial booking, i only had the option to book a family room. Upon arrival, the hotel staff upgraded us to a business/executive room free of charge to free up the family room that my husband and I clearly didn't need. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were well thought out. After over a week of safari, this room was just what we needed. We ended up having to catch a very early flight, so did not get to have the free breakfast, but judging by the rest of our experience here, i'm sure it was superb. The hotel also provided us with a free shuttle to the airport (at 3am!). The staff is very friendly and helpful, i would highly recommended this hotel to anyone visiting Kenya.

We stayed there for a week on a business trip. It was close to the business we were visiting so we were able to avoid the terrible traffic most of the time. The hotel was great, and the breakfast was good, and very convenient.

I stayed at the Ngong and the suggestion of a friend. I was waiting to go on Safari. My safari fell through and being it was Saturday it was difficult to get a hold of any safari company. I only had a few days. Mary at the front reception saved the day. She got right on it and connected me with Johnson Mboche of Sweet Africa (who also gives highly personalized service and an amazing safari). Thank you Mary! From the cleaning staff on up to management the service was absolutely stellar and very friendly. I was traveling solo and am female and was treated with absolute respect.

Clean and comfortable hotel
We stayed for a night at this hotel and really enjoyed ourselves. We had a midnight departure at the airport, so for a reasonable rate gave us a late check out of after supper. The staff went out of their way to help us, especially Millicent at the front desk. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the restaurant had good selection of tasty food. We were a short walk from a shopping centre where we could pick up last minute gifts and snacks, so the location was very convenient.

Helt OK Hotel i Nairobi.
Helt OK hotell vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Frukosten också helt OK. Åt i restaurangen första kvällen och det gick att äta men maten hade mer att önska. Nära till Yaya köpcenter och flera restauranger i närheten. Bra säkerhet på hotellet, man känner sig trygg. ”Hotellraxin” tog inga överpriser.

Great Business Hotel
Ngong Hills had everything I needed for a comfortable week long stay while on business in Nairobi: good location, great wifi, helpful staff, clean/ comfortable room, safe, walking distance to nearby grocery and cafes/ malls, great breakfast included in room price and good on-site bar/ restaurant food with decent prices. I've found my new go-to hotel for future Nairobi trips. I just hope their prices stay reasonable. The road construction on Ngong Rd was inconvenient, but not the hotel's fault... just something to keep in mind as you will need to allow extra time for taxi and car detours until the road work is complete. Geoffrey, Milicent, Alfred, and Joan were especially friendly and helpful staff to me, but honestly everyone was incredibly nice and made me feel welcome.

Friendly Hotel with Nice Suites
We had a lovely 11-night stay at Ngong Hills Hotel. We were pleased with the staff and the suite in which we stayed. There were few things that I would mention that could use improvement: first, we never got hot water in our shower. It wasn't so terrible since the weather was warm, but we would have liked to have had warmer water in which to bathe. Secondly, the cleaning staff would open the balcony doors while they were cleaning. That meant that I found mosquitos in our room on a couple of occasions when we returned. Lastly, because the lights and electricity in the room are controlled by the key card, when we left the room, the air conditioning and the refrigerator were turned off. This was an inconvenience with regard to the air, but because we were storing food in our refrigerator, it could have also been a health concern. Besides these relatively small issues, we were very happy and would gladly return to the hotel for another stay. We definitely recommend the Executive Suite if you are staying for an extended time.

Dear Mr.Roberta, Ngong hills team is delighted by your amazing and kind words.We are also happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us.We have keenly taken note of the mosquito menace and we really apologize for the days the balcony door wasn't closed.This will be addressed.Our lights are controlled by card system but for special request we always provide an extra power card to ensure that power doesn't go off when you are out of the room. As for the hot water our technicians will check and fix what could have gone wrong.
