« Adam was gracious, helpful, and super kind! The place is in a great location to drive for food and visiting La Fanduca. Whenever an issue came up, Adam was quick to solve it for us. This unit is great for couples or a group of friends up to 3. One room has way better AC than the other, and be mindful of the solar panels. Loved the little patio area, was great to dry off our beach towels and bathing suits. Enjoyed listening to the coquis outside while I washed the dishes in the sink outside at...

« Words can't describe the absolute beauty of this space. It's a little paradise nestled in the jungle. Lovely sounds of the flowing river and Coqui frogs fill the air. Please do yourself a favor and stay here. »

« Obviously from the pictures, the location is fantastic, but the best thing about the stay is the thoughtfulness that Yesenia put into every part of our visit. From the wow factor of the upscale interior of the house to the special welcome note, fresh flowers, and food tray that awaited us when we arrived. Everything about the stay was the best. You should stay here! »

« We were pleased with our stay. Great value for the space. Easy access to El Yunque. Host provided coffee, but no other food or spices. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again. »

« I stayed for 5 days with my son. We loved the place and the neighborhood. We enjoyed the song of the coqui every night and the rooster every morning. If I come back to Caguas I will definitely stay at this place again. The house has everything you need. The owner always answers your calls no matter the time. I recommend this place 100%. »

« Just needed a quick overnight stay. Was just what we needed for the 6 of us....owner was great, one small question came up. Called me personally within minutes to address it. Home had everything we needed, very close to airport, appreciative of everything. »

« I stayed 4 days with my family in this great house. They had a nice welcome sign at the entrance. The house was super clean and spacious. La marquesina was our favorite place to hang out with the family. Each room had their own AC unit. We will come back to this place. »

« The house had ac which was amazing in the PR heat! 3 rooms 2 bathrooms which is perfect for a family or a bunch of friends, house was amazing honestly. Area is really safe if your not used to how it looks in the barrios it kinda looks sketchy at night but its not at all and has an Amazing cafe literally behind it!! We will def be staying there again next time we come. »

« It was very clean, the yard is well kept, and sitting on the back porch looking out to the mountains and watching the birds was a great experience by itself. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, the neighbors were friendly and welcomed us. »

« For a Vrbo rental, I never experienced what I had experience. First to me the walkway to the so-called apartment was kind of spooky. I didn’t feel safe even though it had bars all around the house. I was able to close the door downstairs, put the door upstairs to the apartment did not close properly meaning the lock did not go in to the door frame to close the door safely. Then the bed wasn’t really a bed. It had a cheap frame on it and the mattress was cheap and I had an uncomfortable night...

« The home was clean and our beds were comfortable. We arrived at the property late and left early but, not before enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch. It felt so great outside and the view was so peaceful - especially with a quick morning rain. Finding the place was challenging but, the host made sure to provide an alternative way to find it. Would stay again the next time that we are in the area. »

« Place was really good and very clean. We enjoyed the stay. Rooms are pretty big. So is the bathroom. The only thing we suggest to have some more sitting chairs and a more firm mattress, they were too soft. We do recommend it. »

"hôtel bien placé à proximité des plages et de nombreux restaurants. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil en français, merci à la réceptionniste. La chambre et le parking sont appréciables. Par contre, c'est bruyant en raison de l'aéroport à proximité mais nous y étions que pour une seule nuit. "
