A Great Location

The condo is an excellent location for enjoying the beach as you have direct access to beach front. We had 3 children with us, ages 3-7 that not only enjoyed the lovely beach but enjoyed the pool as well when the waves were to high for the little ones to get in the ocean. The pool was well maintained and clean. The condo, itself, was clean with the exception of the sofa and carpet which were stained. We had a few minor issues which the host addressed immediately and he was quite accomodating and quick to respond. He also mentioned that the carpet and sofa would be replaced soon.-The location was great for enjoying the local ice cream shops, restaurants, and activities such as miniture golf, hilking, go carts, shopping , etc. I would stay here again.

Spring Break

The property was quiet and convenient to shops and dining in Nags Head. The unit being on the bottom floor made very easy to get to the beach. Host was super helpful and responsive. Recommend this property to anyone traveling with pets.

Shows nice online but listing is deceiving!

The location is good! Communication with the owner was good! This is a pet friendly property, and we brought our two small dogs, however the condo smelled pretty bad! Mostly carpeting and with a pet friendly place this is so bad. Stains all over it, we were grossed out. Hole in the wall when we walked in, toilets were all sitting up on shims and rocked. Door handle was missing on the sliding glass door, cabinet door was broken, the family room furniture was all stained. We could not get comfortable here! Master bedroom TV did not work. We spent two hours cleaning when we arrived, had to wash the sheets on one bed because they were stained and did not look clean. Bath towels were like dish rags and also stained. Grill that is in the pictures and listed in the description is not there! I did speak with the owner and brought some of the maintenance issues to his attention, he did not seem sympathetic at all and did not offer to do anything for us. He did ask me to make him a list of things that needed to be fixed. Property is run down and not taken care of. We have stayed in OBX many times, this is by far the worst experience we have had.

Beautiful Condo

We absolutely loved our little get away with our dogs here. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated and loved the ocean view along with being able to walk right out the door to the beach. Andrew was very quick to answer any questions. There was a hole in the wall right where you entered by the door, that looked like it was going to be taken care of as it had a penciled square around it. Was not a big deal as the rest of the place was perfect. We have another booking in October.

Relaxing stay

We had a great stay with 4 adults. The condo was very clean and bright. It had really easy access to the beach, just steps away from the back patio. The condo listing says it could sleep six, which it could, but it would be tight for six adults. We were very comfortable with four adults. I would stay here again.

Very clean, well appointed and great location!

We had a great stay for a long weekend. We brought our French bulldog Winston. The condo is in excellent shape with a king size bed. We just walked out the patio door to the pool and steps away from the beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you again Andrew.
