l'hôtel est très bien on y dors très bien le personnel est très sympathique et au petit soin il a juste quelques point a amélioré : le petit déjeuné est très peu garnis pour un 4* et le déjeuné et le diner en self coute trop cher pour ce qui est proposé , et aussi la position de l'hôtel qui est un peu excentré il n'a y'a pas de taxi a proximité pour descendre au centre ville qui est a 4 Km

First of all. The rats in the rooms on the first floor. One was laying dead in the bathroom, when we entered, a bell-boy just took it away with no word of anything. And then during the day and the night you can hear and see them behind your bed, and in the bathroom. Food is unacceptably terrible. Can’t eat. It’s just beung killed by their kitchen. (stuff in the 6th floor even said: don’t even try it, better go in the city) And on the top of all that: on the check-out (we had multiple rooms) they were trying to scam us (particularly one guy Oumar), not attaching our payments to the system that were made on the first day, with swearing and shouting demanding double the payment, and with no apology (manager, another manager did at the end), the problem was solved By ME. A was almost at the stage of "let’s look the video tape from the reception", my contact and the agency of my co-traveler were able to call them, and figure this out. Payment was , obviously, made on the first day, as was told, and that guy was just trying to rob us. Ha, and he also did that: Pay 170500 xef, for the rate of 530 I was like: no, the rate even in the hotel is 580 (in the airport /market it’s 640) He was like: meh, okay And then failed to give me the change Awesome experience. They did not send the shuttle bus as I requested them to prior to the trip, had to wait 45mn to get my room key, staff entering my room without permission while I was inside etc... Pretty bad experience.

I was really surprised by the bad quality of service of Radisson Blu N'Djamena. I am really not happy, I was not expecting such so bad services. The overall areas of the hotel are dirty. mosquitos and flies every where. the breakfast very bad, I found really nothing nice to eat. the fruit were not covered while many flies around. Internet was so weak, I could not even send e-mails or call my family with WhatsApp/Messenger. the Gym was so far and placed in a very dirty area. the personnel not professional. the hotel rates so expensives, as well as the services such as the restaurents and Pressing. Really disappointed from the hotel. I do not recommend at all to any one.

One of the best options in Ndjamena
The hotel is big and comfortable. It's probably one of the best options in town. The staff is very professional and welcoming. They always try to do well to help customers. The hotel is spacious, as well as the swimming pool. The restaurant service and room service are fast. The breakfast is OK but the smoked fish is hard to swallow anyway. The French baguette is missing, which exists elsewhere and in bakeries outside. There should be a little more fresh produce and fewer cans anyway. In the rooms, the carpets could have a deep cleaning at least once a month; some stains do not disappear and suggest that the need is real. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel

The room was good. We did not want to eat off of the $40. buffet and were forced to eat in the bar to be able to order off of the menus. I found the hotel good but the Resturant service fair.

I didn't like the transportation from hotel to airport at 2 a.m. We were 4 people in Un small car with 6 or 7 suitcases like the sheep. We had a confirmation from hotel that the transportation was free and with bus. When we were in the airport, we lose more 30 minutes with police and driver. He wanted the money for transport and he kept our suitcases. Finally, we paid him but the problem wasn't money. The problems were a confirmation form hotel and a small car.

Mixed opinion really: only luxe option, friendly staff, lovely pool area and breakfast Cons: wifi isn’t great, no telephones in the room, rooms are very run down, my room wasn’t clean on arrival, the hotel couldn’t find my reservation (despite me showing them three times), when I asked for them to call a taxi they called a chauffeur who was 3x the price of ordinary taxies

One of the best in Chad
This is one of the better "western" style hotels in Chad. It is the hub for important meetings for business and religious activity and a very secure site. The location - on the river is extraordinary, the meals were excellent. The only downside was the quality of the rooms. Spacious, comfortable bed, but not cleaned as best as possible. This is a small issue compared to all the other excellent ratings I give the hotel. The staff were clearly trained well, providing best of service. Be aware, in Chad that credit cards do not often owrk. Either pay your hotel bill in advance or bring cash.

This hotel is incredibly bad. with Mosquitoes flying everywhere in the lobby. The food is simply uneatable and the room service is below the lowest imaginable point.

Radisson Blu was golden
My room was clean, neat and spacious. The front desk staff were unfailingly polite, and they even arranged for me to take catch a ride on the hotel shuttle to the pharmacy one night. In addition, food at the two hotel restaurants I ate in for breakfast and dinner every day served delicious food.

The Hotel is poorly maintained. Very dirty. Service is bad internet is not working properly nor the TV inside the room . Food quality was very poor I went to the restaurant to order food for room service because when you call the room service no one answer! While I was marking the order a mouse pass by inside the restaurant when I informed the Manager he didn’t care much. The telephone also is not working in the room .
