« I booked this room based on view and free airport shuttle service. Room was nice and clean but host refused to honor the free airport shuttle saying they no longer offer that service. She refused to honor it nor give any compensation. Five days later VBRO has still not heard a response from her so they are escalating the complaint. Nice view but I wouldn’t stay in this part of town again, very few restaurants and sketchy neighborhoods along with the apartment being 13 floors above street level...

« Antonella was absolutely amazing host! Answered questioned right away, was so welcoming and lovely. The stay is gorgeous and comfortable, patio is truly so nice and the view is unbeatable. The antiques in the space are really cool, some really neat pieces. There is plenty of parking at the top (if you can fit your car through the cars parked on the sides, and don’t mind a very steep drive up). We had a small SUV (Subaru Forester) and did have issues getting all the way to the top and turning...

« This was the perfect place for us during our visit. It was clean and had a wonderful view of the Naples harbor. If you plan on using the bus and walking up to the apartment, it s located up a steep hill (hence the great view). It took us a few minutes to figure out which keys fit which lock. »

« Bel appart avec belle vue sur le port, le Vesuve et un château. Proche transport et commerces. Bonne literie. Cependant, tuyauterie très bruyante et voisins bruyants et pas aimables. »

« My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. Easily accessible, about a 10 minute walk from the train station and about a 15-20 minute walk to get to the main part of Naples. Would recommend this space. »

« What an amazing location! The beach right outside your windows! The host made sure everything was in working order and was very kind. The place could use a bit of updating in some areas. We enjoyed the small patio, we used the washer and made breakfasts-used the panini press and espresso maker. Great neighborhood and area, many great places to eat and very walkable. »

« Our hosts were wonderful. Answered our questions promptly, organised our airport transfers, a wonderful visit to Pompeii and allowed us to have a late check-out which was much appreciated. Having the station and a supermarket on the doorstep was a wonderful surprise. Naples didn’t disappoint. »

« L'appartement est très bien situé et accessible facilement en métro pour sillonner Naples. Supérette et bons restos pas loin. Nous avons occupé la chambre en mezzanine avec lit double et un enfant dans le lit d'appoint, ainsi que le canapé lit dans le salon au rez de chaussé. Pratique donc pour une famille. Cuisine et salle de bain bien équipées. Hôte très réactif et accueil sympathique. Nous avons juste trouvé le lit double un peu grinçant et mou, mais rien de bloquant c'est une question de...

« Posto tranquillo e silenzioso, pulito. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, il posto è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, migliorabile la comodità del divano letto e del getto della doccia. Tutto sommato per essere un posto molto economico siamo stati bene. »

« Beautiful accommodations and convenient to metro and shopping, restaurants. However there was a problem with the hot water system (fixed eventually). And we were very surprised by the rule of no cooking or eating in the apartment after 10 am. We chose the place specifically for access to a lovely kitchen because two of us have dietary restrictions that are not easy to accommodate in Italian restaurants. They should have emphasized this in the description. I’m afraid I lost some weight there. »

« This property was a 10 on 10. Perfect location, very comfortable and quiet. Super clean and up to date. Beautifully appointed with lots of attention to detail. Comfortably close to two lines of transportation to take you to the heart of the city and beyond and a very neighbourly area. Felt safe at all times, day or night. Best part was the host.
