What more could you want, a holiday property that has the whole family covered. Just the Spot is as its name suggests. It is located in the heart of Myrtleford, 200m from our fantastic playground, Cundy Park and only a 500m stroll to the town centre.

The Space:
This property can accommodate 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is located at the rear of the house, overlooking the outdoor area and the huge, enclosed back yard. The main bedroom has 1 x queen bed and 1 x single bed with a trundle. This bedroom features its TV, 3 seater lounge, and a wardrobe with a full-length mirror. It's the perfect hangout for the kids or for those requiring a bit of extra space when staying with others.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen-size beds and are located at the front and side of the house. Just the Spot has 2 bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has a shower and a hand basin. The laundry is also located in this bathroom. Bathroom 2 has a bath with the shower over it and a hand basin. The toilet is separate from both bathrooms. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and electric blankets.

The open plan living area has a 40" smart TV, lounges, and bean bags. The dining table can be extended to accommodate a full house, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. A pod coffee machine and air fryer have been included for your convenience. The outdoor dining area has a BBQ in the fully enclosed backyard.

To enhance the cosiness of Just the Spot, there is a wood fire in the living room is available for your use. There is a starter pack comprising paper, kindling, and size-graded firewood, provided for your convenience. Should you require any more firewood, you may purchase a box from the enclosed rear section for $10.00 each. This will be charged after your stay, noting that all boxes have the same contents as the starter pack and we need to charge the price of a whole box, should any of a box’s contents be used. Alternatively, firewood and kindling can be purchased from our local Foodworks or local service stations.

The driveway can accommodate up to four cars, and the property also has off-street parking.
