Located on the first floor of the building, no stairs or elevators are required!

Guests will enter and find the kitchen, fully stocked with all of the necessary equipment for preparing a meal or a quick snack for your group! This kitchen has full sized appliances, including a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Plentiful counter tops make cooking a breeze, and the abundance of above and below cabinets make storing your groceries a piece of cake! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. A seating area in the kitchen offers enough space for up to four guests to enjoy their meal or gather, while three additional barstools provide extra seating at the kitchen counter.

Further into the condo, guests will make their way into the living space. Equipped with a sofa and a love seat in front of a flat screen tv, guests have ample room to gather together or catch up on their favorite shows! A coffee table, as well as two end tables offer plenty of room to keep your belongings close by. The ceiling fan in the living room will help keep you cool, while the plentiful amount of windows lets in the perfect amount of natural light. Step out on the private balcony and breathe in the salty air with a glass or wine or a piping cup of coffee!

Off of the living area is the hallway that leads to the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The first of the two bedrooms is the primary suite, which is furnished with a plus queen sized bed, two end tables, a dresser for unpacking your belongings, and a vanity for getting ready! A wall mounted TV is perfect for a relaxing movie in bed, and the ensuite bathroom is the cherry on top with added convenience. The attached bathroom features a standing shower, a vanity sink with underneatyh storage and a mirror, as well as a toilet.

Back down the hall and into the next bedroom, guests will find the full bed and the twin over twin bunk bed, offering enough space for 3 guests. The perfect space for close friends or young kids! A dresser to unpack your belongings, as well as a wall mounted flat screen tv!

The second bathroom can be found off of the living area, and features a shower tub combination, a vanity sink with a large mirror and underneath storage, and a toilet!

We want to make your stay as hassle-free as possible, so we provide towels, washcloths, hand towels, bedding, pillows, linens, and all the essentials you'll need. We also supply starter toiletries like toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, and soap, so you can focus on enjoying your time here.

Ocean Forest Villas is an oceanfront complex along the Golden Mile and is easily accessible to downtown Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach.
