Agréable sejour
Hotel très tranquille à l'écart de la zone d'activités et du boardwalk. Quelques restaurants proches. Pour plus de restos boutiques et autres, facilement marchable à quelques blocs. Directement sur la plage, apporter votre parasol et vos chaises. Piscine très petite. Ds la chambre serviettes et poubelles ramassés tout les jours, mais chambre (lit et menage) fait au 3 jours. Espace déjeuner petit, mais menu assez varié. Le parking est situé une rue plus loin et facile d'accès.

Property was alright. Check in was easy and fast. Rooms were cleaned and kitchen was well maintained. Felt a little muggy inside but turned on AC and it was fine. Which got too cold and could never find the right temp for the room. Nothing bad about this place, it had everything we needed. - the only thing I hope for this place is upgrade on the curtins and carpets. You can tell carpets were old. Dirty and could be replaced. Walls could be painted. Dinner table needs to be replace bc it’s not stable. And can replace old cushion chairs. Just need upgrades. Also there wasn’t a vaccum cleaner in the unit we were in. I do like to vacuum the mess my kids make but I had to call front desk. They brought one up to me and it did not do the job well. It works but didn’t vaccim anything. So we had dirty floors for 4 days. They don’t do house cleaning either. That’s was the only downer. The place was perfect though for ocean front view.

Overall the stay was great! Just hate the parking, you have to go almost a block over to be able to work and during my stay the ended up cutting the elevator off without any warnings nor did they tell us, we had to figure it out on our own. Front desk was very clear with instructions, check in was smooth and they give you free buffet breakfast which was a plus. Another issue we ran into was the codes for the rooms, a few people had mentioned that they had an issue as well when checking in but the matter for us was resolved rather quickly. Lastly, we hated that check out was @10a and you can only get a late check out if you receive a msg prior to your check out and that was inconvenient bc we where at a tournament and it was a later game and we had to leave out @10 with no option of paying an extra fee for a late checkout.

Our stay at the Carolinian Beach Resort was relaxing. The hotel was conveniently located to on the strip, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Our room was oceanfront and as described on the website. The rooms were clean and our hallway was quiet. However, please note that there was a break down in communication while trying to locate our room. We asked a staff member who led us in the wrong direction. Once we found our room, our door code did not work. Luckily, the maintenance man was already on our floor and reset our code. Please beware that there are scammers sliding advertisements for fake restaurants under the door. This is not a reflection on the hotel, as the person was dressed in regular clothes and had the flyers in his pocket, Also, please note that parking is across the street in the parking garage. One day the elevator in the garage stopped working. By the time we checked out, it was working. Although the parking garage is lit, the lighting is not all that great. So, please use general safety precautions. Aside from minor hiccups, our stay was great!

Property is a little outdated but staff was very nice, professional, and helpful. TV wasnt working when i arrived within 10 mins they installed a new tv. Location is great.

Was not very clean. It was blood on the bathroom door from a previous day room had not been dusted in a while. There was dust everywhere.

Within walking distance from the event we were attending. Had issues with the air conditioning in our room and wihthin 5 minutes of reporting this to the front desk a gentleman was in our room and within 30 minutes the air conditioner was completely replaced. Excellent response to our problem.

The property was average. No comps like free bottle of water. Lots of renovations going on so perhaps there will be improvement. The code key pass pad did not always work. Parking was a block away, an easy walk but not in wind and rain. Most of staff was very friendly a d helpful. Magnolia's restaurant a roos street where free buffet was offer was good.

I cut my foot on an old rusty door hinge that was on the bathroom floor, as soon as we checked in. There was no compensation from the property, and I now I am limping, because my foot is sore.

Great place to stay but not a resort
We enjoy staying there. I dont know why they call it a resort No restaurant or bar. Remember they dont clean your room while you are there Have to take down your used towels to get new ones They give you a ticket for free breakfast at res down the street. Very good restaurant Balcony is nice great view

The beach directly behind the hotel is LITTERED with cigarette butts. Because there isnt a smoking area and guests arent allowed to smoke on their balconies, they go to the closest place, which is the beach. Was a little disappointed there wasn't ciffee offered in the lobby either.

Price was very good. Breakfast that was included every day was very good, also enjoyed the complimentary miniature golf. Upset that there was no jacuzzi and the mattresses in room 210 need to be replaced. Also our air conditioner wasn’t working the first night, but after an hour they replaced it with a new one which was appreciated.

Horrible!! Total misrepresentation!!!!
This resort has two buildings... the pics shown on the listing do not represent the true condition of the resort, very unfriendly staff.. a dirty glove and bar of broken soap was on the floor by the elevator for our whole stay, 6nights.. that means no mopping or vacuuming happened..and the staff lounge was on the floor we were on, the third floor.. so they seen it, just didn’t care.. never greeted us, as we rode the elevator multiple times with them..check the pics out of the true look of hotel

Staff are very friendly and provide great customer service. Also the place was nice and clean, the pools were clean, my kids enjoyed them. I loved our room very clean and it had everything I needed in the room. We were on the 20th floor with an amazing oceanfront view. My family really loved the place and we will come back next year.

Beautiful ocean view! My room was spacious and comfortable even with outdated decor. Only complaint is having carpet at the beach. Floors felt disgusting.
