This apartment has a patio with amazing ocean views! It's located at a charming beach resort that has direct access to the ocean. The unit has a separate bathroom, a dryer for hair, and access to heated swimming pools and indoor hot tubs. The resort has on-site security and visitor assistance via phone, SMS, or email. There's also an on-site restaurant and bar by the swimming area. The unit has a small table where one can eat and look out to the exterior. The resort is exquisitely created.



Guest Access:

This rental includes the entire neighborhood in addition to the amenities of the building itself. Please feel free to settle in and enjoy your stay.



The Neighborhood:

This convenient spot is just a short distance from the shore, where you can stroll along the beach and enjoy a refreshing dip in one of the pools. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and a short drive will take you to Market Common, the IMAX Theatre, Ripley's Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach. Many other popular area eateries, shops, golf courses, and attractions are just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

This property is handy for the airport, cabs, Uber, and vehicle rentals! Using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft is strongly recommended. Additionally, there is Turo. If you have any questions or need assistance with your trip, please send me a message.



Other Things to Note:

This condo is a private residence, not a hotel room. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Please take care not to damage the property. We will make every effort to resolve any problems that arise. The ground-floor hot tub is now open! The 7th-floor pool will remain closed until further notice. The indoor pools are closed for remodeling. The heated outdoor hot tub is open, as is the outdoor pool area surrounding the main pool.
