« This cottage was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with friends. The location is peaceful and quiet, and waking up to the sunrise over the water was a beautiful way to start the day. « Very nice house; lots of space, there was everything we needed for our family of 5. The host is very responsive, easy process to check in/out. Hot tub is small but great to have and relax in at the end of the day! Would definitely stay again if we ever in this area again - so much to do / see. Highly recommend! »

« When we got there, there was a lot of stuff that was clearly old and worn down, broken. The drying rack in the kitchen was covered in black mold, all of the dishes were dirty when we went to use them. The bathroom door in the yellow cottage did not close. The main cottage the red one had no hot water. »

« We enjoyed our stay at Richview. It is right on the lake -- which is what we were looking for and the water was great for swimming .We had three boys with us and the house was a great size for that. There was even potentially room for one more on a sofa in the living room. The cove was quiet and relaxing. Our boys loved being able to take out the kayaks, paddleboard and paddleboat. « The property is on convenient location, on a 9 hole golf coarse.Bracebridge a cute town only 20 min drive and Huntsville is half hour from the cottage . Nutt lake is very small lake . The cottage was great , beds were very comfortable but the cooking supplies in the kitchen were limited. The only complimentary kitchen supply was salt and pepper shaker other than dishes and utensils. »
