« We had a great one night stay - in Bala for a concert at The Kee. Rooms are not generally air conditioned but we lucked out with one. Clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again but would insist on an air conditioner! »

« Stayed August 2025 with family of four. We found other reviews to be largely accurate. Cottage was clean, comfy, well stocked (except we never did find an ice cream scoop lol). BBQ worked, lots of activities indoors and outside, good sitting areas, great location albeit on a busy lake.It's a stretch to say it has AC. There's a portable unit in the back hall with maybe a five/six foot hose. It didn't reach let alone cool the south-facing main area. It's probably fine most times of year but...
