« The on site staff were accommodating. When we arrived the fireplace wasn’t working and the room had two portable heaters. We fell into an extreme cold (-36 feels like -44) alert and requested a third portable heater. The staff offered to replace our fireplace while we went out for breakfast. This helped manage the cold for the remainder of the stay. »

« We were looking for some place in Huntsville but couldnt find anything. Then I came upon this place and we booked it apprehensively. Thank God we did. It was such a nice and pleasant surprise. The place was neat and clean, spacious and perfect for our family of four. The surrounding lake and the scenic drives in the vicinity made it all the more perfect. The hosts were very gracious and promptly replied to all my tedious queries. Overall an excellent experience and highly recommended. »
