« Motel crasseux. À 140€ la nuit, c’est le pire rapport qualité-prix de tout notre séjour aux USA. Un motel 6 est bien moins cher, un Confort Inn est bien plus confortable. Ce motel est à fuir ! »

« Great views of Muskegon lake. Our room was unique. Had a double bed right as you walk in the door. Then a bathroom that divided the room, with a king bed by the sliding patio doors. Lots of room and 2 dressers and tvs. Only thing I didn’t like, no chair or table. Other smaller rooms had table and chairs. Overall it is an awesome hotel and was very pleased with the experience. »

« Stayed at this property a week before this last stay, gave that stay a 4, this one not so much. It really boils down to your initial interaction with the property. My first visit, the clerk was friendly and courteous, this clerk was lack luster, not friendly and made us feel like we were bothering him by checking in. I get it, he may have been having a bad night, tired, in pain, family issues, I get it but any little issue I may have overlooked is now magnified in my head. So the tub looked...

« Sale. Poussières poussées dans les coins. J’ai retrouvé une frite par terre, élastique et poussières, cheveux dans la salle de bain. Une serviette avait un amas de poussières dessus. Chambre donnant sur la piscine comme si vous étiez dans l’eau aussi. Vous ouvrez le rideau vous êtes avec les gens directement )Du coup super bruyant jusque 22h (la fermeture de la piscine). Rien d’un Radisson (pour les français). C est un motel. »

« Un hôtel propre et fonctionnel, au bord de l'eau, à deux pas de Grand Haven, petite ville de la côte est du lac Michigan. Un vrai havre de paix à quelques minutes des bords du lac qui fait plutôt penser à une mer... Pour du repos et un dépaysement très américain et très typique d'une petite ville US pleine de charme et de douceur. »

« There is an unpleasant odor, noticeable as soon as you walk into the unit. The building doesn't have good soundproofing. We could hear the upstairs neighbors, footsteps and what sounded like furniture being moved around. Unfortunately, they were moving around until 1 AM Monday morning. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. The beds are comfortable. »
