Le petit déjeuner varié est un vrai régal et ils sont au petits soins pour préparer ce que l'on aime ! Endroit parfait pour se reposer et profiter du calme ! »

« The breakfast was limited to what you could have and they were out of a lot of things, and it wasn’t being refilled in a timely manner. The phones in the rooms to call the front desk doesn’t work. I had to walk down to request for some more towels they were very nice in providing, but yet not letting people know. The phone system doesn’t work. »

« Breakfast staff was helpful and nice. At check in he just handed us the cards to our room. Didn't tell us room number or where the elevators were. Just followed other people to the elevators. Red stains on the couch arms. Hope it wasnt blood. Clean rooms other than that. Overall just a normal hotel stay. Not sure how it's a Hilton. »

« The property looked like other Tru properties where we’ve stayed and the room appeared the same but a closer look showed it’s an older property and the needs some updating. The bed linens were thin, dingy, the pillows smelled a bit and the bed was lumpy, hard and very uncomfortable and should be replaced. We got to the breakfast area at 9:40 but the juice and yogurt machine were both empty and the coffee was weak and that’s usually all we have. The food manager should do better. I definitely...

« The staff was excellent. Friendly, efficient, helpful. The hotel, you get what you pay for. My toilet had to be manually reset after each flush by taking the top lid off and pushing the flapper down. The room’s door was rotting and hard to shut and open. The room and bed was clean. The remote control was broken. Although a smoke-free room, many guests were smoking just outside their doors. Homeless everywhere. It’s adequate, but if you want a bit nicer, spend a little more money. »

« Our stay was very nice, the hotel is clean and in a good location to go and visit Chattanooga. There are restaurants in walking distance for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The breakfast is very basic but ok to start the day. »

« Walls in the room were dirty . don’t walk around in your socks , they will be black from the shower to the bed . King bed for two people and 3 said pillows . Paid for 3 nights left a day early and got another hotel room . Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice place if your homeless !!!!!! »
