« Good place to stay. »

« Great place to stay. Very walkable to any bus station or a scooter ride from the Colosseum. »

« Voyage avec mon fils, parfait »

« Avoid, doesn't look like the listing, much smaller and the walls are paper thin, we got disturbed at midnight till the early hours with the room across the hall. There is no privacy and the room is not clean. No check in staff and told to communicate over WhatsApps. Unhelpful and rude staff over the phone and constantly demanding payment without any notice. »

« Very nicely welcomed by Giulia. The rooms are well located, close to all transportation modes. Air conditioning most appreciated. The area is a bit noisy for some European standards, but certainly not for Rome... Thank you very much! »

« The hotel is not bad, but it does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The room is small and there is no dressing area or kettle. Breakfast was advertised at 10€ on the website and in the message sent before arrival, but at reception we were told it costs 13€, and the coffee machine was not working. They also seem to prefer payment in cash. »

« Ho alloggiato nella stanza 2 veramente un gioiello! Pulita e silenziosa.

« The service is great. The hosts are supportive and welcoming. »

« Our first time coming to Rome and also our first time staying at a guest house - we stayed in room 104 which is more private than the other rooms as it’s in the back and we had our own private yard instead of the shared one - it was a nice surprise »
