We stayed in a suite from July 8â18, 2025, as a family of four. The hotel offers good value, a modern interior, and convenient access if you have a car. Highlights include flexible early check-in, a well-equipped gym, a shaded kidsâ pool, and a friendly breakfast staff (special thanks to Aamir!).
However, there were major drawbacks:
We booked for four but only got one bed (extra bed cost extra) â unacceptable. Also, the pool was closed 2 out of 10 days without notice, which disrupted our plans.
Other minor issues: Room wasnât properly cleaned at check-in, housekeeping was inconsistent, no hairdryer unless requested, and limited complimentary water. Service in general was distant, except for Aamir, who truly stood out.
Conclusion: Budget-friendly, but closer to 3 stars in service and reliability. We wouldnât book again, but hope this honest feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
