Bon hotel en général, chambres confortables manquant peut etre de fraicheur et modernité pour rendre le lien encore mieux, au même titre que la piscine. Sinon, zone de réception agréable, buffet de petit déjeuner varié, choix de différents restaurants dans l'hotel.

We’ve just returned from our second holiday at the Al Falaj hotel and we’re about to book a third. Why? Let’s start with the simple things: delicious food (and so much of it), great rooms, comfortable beds, amazing gym, gorgeous swimming pool, always clean and tidy, and well located for exploring Muscat and the surroundings. But… other hotels could claim the same. Let’s talk about the things are much harder to reproduce. The culture is everywhere; there’s not a single member of staff who doesn’t greet you with a smile: not a ‘it’s my job’ smile but a smile that makes you feel like a friend. There was never a time at Al Falaj at which we felt like a customer – we always felt like guests in the true sense of the word. Think about that. There are hotels in every city that are clean, comfortable and have plenty of amenities but, once you get past the lobby, you could be anywhere. They’re a repeated formula. The hotel has very good staff's with great service. Room are clean and the bathroom is beautiful. We didn't try the breakfast but it looked. Gym and pool is nice and clean. We found the location very convenient since we were attending evening ceremonies at the Krishna Temple. Highly recommended this hotel with good rates.

The hotel is clean but they don't have soundproof rooms which was noisy to me at sleeping time.. Front desk staff unfortunately they are not professional at all.

Good Hotel and Highly recommanded
The Hotel is good and there are no complaints about any services, Room sizes, Toilets, and the Bed was very good and well maintained and comfy. The only flaw which could be completed is the corridor look, the old-fashioned wooden cladding looks much outdated and dark in corridors. Rest was amazing breakfast, gym and pools area were great with reasonable rates they offer. Highly recommended!!!

Very good hotel in Muscat
I really like this hotel (my 5th stay there). Staff is friendly. Rooms are great ( recommend deluxe room). Now with the covid the dinner is on a set menu, but everything is good.

Good hotel w/ a flaw
Housekeeping was the bugaboo. My room was not cleaned by 2PM and when I requested it, I noticed that althoughI requested my sheets to be changed they were not. Since I got back in late and needed to get ready for the next day I did not place another request. Hotel has a lot going for it. Service is excellent other than housekeeping. Breakfast buffet is good. Pool is lovely.

When the shower worked (no water pressure), it was dangerously too hot! The hairdryer did not work reliably. The staff charged me for an extra day despite Expedia changing the booking prior to arrival

I have personally checked on the complaint but unfortunately, we have not received any calls from you in this regard during your stay. We could have definitely provided you with an alternative. we have received the booking for 6 nights from Expedia and we charged accordingly. Extra nights can never be charged as the payment is done by Expedia as per the booking they receive. We have offered you an extended late checkout FOC. We are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your stay with us and we would like to make amends. The hotel is noisy, with little noise insulation, I woke up to 5 alarms and two parties next-door in the middle of nights.
