Regarding the distance to the bus stop and the center of city, we always strive to provide accurate information on our website and other booking platforms to help our guests plan their stay accordingly.While our property is located in a residential area, in a calm and serene setting, we do try to highlight this aspect in our descriptions to ensure guests are aware of the surroundings.We are disappointed to learn about the poor water flow in the shower room. I have personally checked on the complaint but unfortunately, we have not received any calls from you in this regard during your stay. We could have definitely provided you with an alternative. we have received the booking for 6 nights from Expedia and we charged accordingly. Extra nights can never be charged as the payment is done by Expedia as per the booking they receive. We have offered you an extended late checkout FOC. We are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your stay with us and we would like to make amends.
