Staff not helpful when I asked for room on other side of hotel (away from freeway). Told I could either have original room selection or first floor room (single female traveler). Just rude - was told if I walked in the room I’d have to stick with that room.

The highway noise is noticeable, but not terrible. Heavier drapes might help. The TV did not want to sync with phone for streaming, never had that problem before. Called front desk and they patched me through to tech support, after two minutes on hold, I hung up. Disappointing as live TV was limited. Hallway and neighboring door slams are very annoying all night, the vestibule in the room echoed the noise. The heavy doors make a lot of noise.

This is a great quaint hotel. The staff are excellent and very accommodating. They have a great martini bar and restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location. We were not pleased with the room location and the view from the room. The walk to/ from the elevator was far and the view from the was very disappointing.

The food for breakfast was not very good. The sausage was the only thing good the omelets were not eatable. Yogurt not good. Coffee was good. Thrre were no potatoes and the women manning the room seemed to have a sour attitude. The hotel was new very clean and friendly staff

Affordable, in a convenient location to the freeway and everything in Temecula. My daughter and I had a great experience. Breakfast was good and offered great options, room was spacious and clean, the staff greeted us warmly when we arrived and were able to accommodate our early check in after a long flight and drive into Murrieta. Overall a great experience.
