"Low Tide" Luxury Updated 3-bedroom first floor accessible condo with King bed!

"Low Tide", 3 bedroom (King, Queen, Full, Twin and Sofa Bed) and 2 bath first floor condo. No steps to this condo with handicapped parking. Updated and ready for you to kick your shoes off and relax after a day of fun! Only steps to some of the best seafood and entertainment in SC at the Marshwalk, this condo is the perfect location. Easy access to Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Tidelands and Garden City Beach. Enjoy the tennis courts, basketball court and large pool (open April 1st through October 31st)!

THE SPACE....
Comfort at every corner....
Inside you will find a spacious open floor plan with a 2 electric recliners with built-in USB chargers, sleeper sofa and a flatscreen TV with sound bar thrilling movie nights or watching your favorite team play. We also include a game cabinet full of fun board games for those unplanned rainy days. The kitchen boasts high end stainless steel appliances and many additional small appliances that will make cooking a cinch. The breakfast bar seats 2 and the dining room table seats 6.

A WALK THROUGH THE PROPERTY...
You will find everything easily accessible on the first floor. The master bedroom with a super comfortable king-sized bed, walk-in closet, large TV and ensuite bathroom with a large soaking bathtub. You will find down the hallway 2 more bedrooms one with a super soft bed and the other has a brand new full-sized gel memory foam bed and twin gel memory foam bed. You will also find in the hallway the full bathroom with a large easily accessible walk-in shower. You will also find a beautiful laundry room with front-load washer and dryer with pool towels ready for the pool and beach.

CLEANLINESS AND CONDITION....
We take great pride in our home and want families to enjoy their vacations here as much as we do. The condo is very clean and in immaculate condition. Our condo was decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home. We live in this condo six (6) months out of the year so it goes without question that we request you please treat our home with care. Linen fee covers the cost of all linens and cleaning. We only use sheets and towels that are soft and comfortable.

DATES....
Weekly rentals start at 3pm on Saturday and check-out is the following Saturday no later than 10 am. Monthly rentals are available September through March. The contract signer must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the property during the rental period and provide a photo ID and sign a rental agreement.

STEP OUTSIDE...
We have a wonderful quiet outdoor seating area shared with our building to sit and enjoy a drink and reminisce about the amazing time you are having in Murrells Inlet. A short walk to the tennis courts for some afternoon tennis or basketball and right next to it is the large pool with convenient pool house bathrooms. The pool has seating with umbrellas and lots of loungers.

PARKING DETAILS....
You are allowed up to 2 cars and must use the guest tag ($100 fee for lost/damaged pass). No RV/Camper parking. No motorcycle parking. No Golf Carts.

Walking distance to the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, less than 1 mile, 0.5 miles to Wachesaw East Golf Club & Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital, 4 miles to Brookgreen Gardens, 5 miles to Huntington Beach State Park & Surfside Beach, 15 miles to Myrtle Beach International Airport

CONVENIENCE ALL AROUND....
Less than a mile there is a Food Lion for fast trips for supplies. About 3 miles North in Garden City is a Wal-mart Supercenter to get any last minute provisions. Cruise Ocean Boulevard and make fun trips to the Garden City pier right down the road. The Garden City pier has an active night life. Plus, there are a lot of options for restaurants, amusement games, rides and more. The Marshwalk has amazing restaurants, live bands, rental boats and fishing charters!

PET INFORMATION....
No furry friends, please. We absolutely love animals, but unfortunately the house is not equipped to handle furry guests. This policy is in place to accommodate all of our friends (guests) who may have pet allergies. We thank you for understanding, completely, this strict policy.

*** Important child safety information: We are not 100% baby proofed but we do allow children and babies. We provide a great source to rent a baby gate and pack-n-play if you choose to not bring your own.

SECURITY....
We have one outdoor security camera in place outside year round.

HOPEFULLY, THIS IS NOT A FOGGY DETAIL...
Smoking / vaping is 100% "not" permitted inside the condo or within 75 feet of the building. If you must smoke, please take it outside 100% of the time and use the dedicated smoking area behind the building. We want to keep a smoke-free home for you and other guests to enjoy. (plus, take note that marijuana is illegal in SC and not allowed on the property)

Absoloutely amazing!!! Loved my stay and the wonderful property owners. Such a beautiful decorated condo. Great color scheme and large living room. Nice neighbors!Truly a 5 star stay. Close to beach and very close to the famous Marshwalk.
