Week-end entre filles? Juste vous deux? Que vous voyagiez seul ou en groupe, venez vous ressourcer dans notre petit chalet tranquille avec vue sur le lac et magnifique cadre montagneux.

Au Morning Glory Cottage, vous pouvez profiter du soleil tranquille qui se lĆØve depuis notre vĆ©randa grillagĆ©e pleine longueur. Dans la soirĆ©e, faites une courte promenade pour dĆ©couvrir le soleil se coucher sur la forĆŖt nationale de Nantahala et terminez la soirĆ©e en profitant du foyer extĆ©rieur avec de nombreux siĆØges.

Nous avons 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complĆØtes. Le niveau principal n'a pas d'Ć©tapes de l'allĆ©e dans la maison et dispose de 2 chambres - 1 lit king et 1 lit queen - et une salle de bain complĆØte avec douche Ć  l'italienne. Parfait pour les clients de tous Ć¢ges et capacitĆ©s physiques. Le niveau principal a Ć©galement une cuisine bien Ć©quipĆ©e, une taniĆØre avec foyer au bois (et entrĆ©e de gaz!) et vĆ©randa grillagĆ©e pleine longueur. Le niveau infĆ©rieur comprend une salle de tĆ©lĆ©vision, une chambre avec lit king-size, une salle de bain complĆØte avec douche et baignoire sur pattes, une buanderie et un porche couvert sur toute la longueur.

Morning Glory Cottage se trouve dans la communautĆ© Bear Paw du lac Hiwassee oĆ¹ la Caroline du Nord, le Tennessee et la GĆ©orgie se rĆ©unissent (Ć  ne pas confondre avec la ville de Hiawassee, en GĆ©orgie, sur le lac Chatuge). Nous sommes Ć  30 minutes Ć  l'ouest de Murphy, en Caroline du Nord et Ć  2 heures de route d'Atlanta GA, de Chattanooga TN, de Knoxville TN et d'Asheville NC.

This is an ideal home for family and friends with complete amenities for everyoneā€™s comfort. The porch was a favorite to hang out listening to nature and music. The lake made a beautiful view with the sunrise and sunset. Definitely want to stay again. Sheree is a wonderful host as we arrived early and she was very accommodating. Thank you dear lady!

Iā€™ve been traveling to the N Ga Mountains for years and never knew about this community. I would advise anyone who wants some peace and quiet to choose your cabin. The views are beautiful, both inside and out. The description and pictures given in the listing do not bring justice to what your eyes will see. My family and I look forward to returning.

We loved Morning Glory! It is in a secluded community on the Hiwassee Lake. The cabin had everything that you need to enjoy during your stay. My parents and our son took the main level bedrooms and my husband and I stayed in the basement. The furnishings are nice and there are 2 large TVs in living areas with streaming service. My son watched Netflix downstairs while we enjoyed TV upstairs. The screened in porch is the jewel of the property! We sat out there enjoying the peace and quiet most of the time. It's a tree house view of the woods and lake. There are cabins on both sides but there are nice curtains to pull across the end for privacy. We brought our dog with us so we walked up and down the road multiple times a day with her. We saw rabbits and deer daily and the sunsets at the top of the hill are amazing! The downstairs bedroom had plenty of space for her large crate and we enjoyed being able to come into the house thru the screened porch with her. The kitchen has everything except for your food. We knew that Murphey is about a 40 minute drive so running to the grocery store wasn't convenient. We brought everything with us and cooked every night. The pool was awesome and had plenty of chairs. It did end up closed for maintenance the last couple of days so I'm glad we went at the 1st of the week. We had a great time and hope to return in the future. The owners were easy to contact and very nice. Morning Glory is a wonderful place!

The listing is not joking when it says it's 40 minutes from everything. It is DEEP in the Bear Paw community, sitting almost at the very top of a gorgeous mountainside. The cabin itself is very quiet and secluded, with a super clean, homey feel. Sheree and their partner(s) were very responsive to all our questions and we never had a single issue with anything. If you are looking for a relaxing mountain getaway with a very nice view, I would highly recommend this place. If we return to the Murphy area, I know where I'm looking first!

We enjoyed the Morning Glory cottage. The bed and furniture was comfy, everything was clean and as promised and the view from the porches was amazing. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Property was pretty remote but in a nice gated community, Roads to home were narrow and curvy. Be prepared.

We loved this property. It was close to other cities but also far away enough to feel unplugged. The property was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The marina that is in the same community is great and we had a lot of fun renting a boat and knee boarding. I would certainly recommend it to anyone

Beautifully appointed place with the flexibility to allow for guests with limited mobility or for a group to separate upstairs and downstairs. The best part for me was the details provided on each room and the packing list. Communication was excellent and hosts are wonderful!

My daughter, son-in-law, and I spent a week at Morning Glory Cottage the last week of October. It was wonderful! We found the cabin to be very clean and well-appointed. The location and view were wonderful! Iā€™ve never seen more beautiful mountains with the trees showing off their beautiful colored leaves! The screened porch was a big hit for my daughter! Even on the chilly mornings she would wrap up in a blanket and sit on the porch to read and enjoy her morning coffee. I would definitely recommend this amazing cabin, and we will definitely come again.

I can't say enough about the owners of this true cottage in the woods. Their home is perfect for a relaxing, quiet, beautiful time of renewal. We spent a month here from late September thru late October and enjoyed it tremendously. From the remoteness away from other people, to everything provided for a relaxing stay, to the immediate attention to any question or need. This is absolutely the best experience we've had renting in the mountains. Truly phenomenal view from the oversized screened porch. Comfortable furniture, beds, well stocked kitchen, great washer and dryer. We didn't use the fireplace as the weather was too warm. Our hosts were kind enough to trust us in bringing our two cats. Although they are well behaved, don't scratch furniture, have flea and tick protection; no one except this host would rent to us. Cats have a bad and undeserved reputation. For the majority of the day, they lay on the porch watching the wildlife. We are so grateful to have found this dream, a vacation for us and our girls. This is a fabulous place for any group or family. We didn't drive anywhere after dusk. Not being familiar with driving in the mountains after dark, we arranged to be home before dark. Everything else was perfect.

This was the cleanest, most comfortable place we have stayed probably ever. The care put into every detail to ensure our comfort & enjoyment was obvious and greatly appreciated. In spite of the rainy weekend, the view was beautiful and no need to venture out. The only problem is that the visit was too short. We hope to be back. Thank you!

Loved our stay here! An opening came up last minute so we were able to spend New Year's here, and it was perfect. It is the perfect combination of a house that is actually used and lived in (very well equipped kitchen to cook all our meals) and a rental experience (very clean, self check-in hardware, 'welcome' signs and touches). The owners were very responsive and available during our stay as well. One of our favorite parts was the gas starter in the fireplace and the firewood supply available on the drive way. Making a cozy fireplace fire was so easy! 10/10 would recommend, we can't wait to come back! Thank you for having us :)

Sweet place to stay with plenty of room, 2 decks overlooking woods and lake. Quiet streets for long walks with or without dogs. Lake access is limited but we did take our kayaks down to the Marina and had some nice paddles out onto the lake. Recommended place to stay!
