Really clean and spacious property

Really clean and spacious property. Well equipped kitchen. Nice garden area and pool. Communication was clear and helpful. We were there only briefly and mostly out and about so didn't use the property that much, but if we did, it would have been great for a family with children. Good location, only a short drive to places like Port Pollenca.

Wir hatten durch eine vorherige Unterkunft große Probleme, aber Joan war ein echter Retter! Trotz später Stunde konnten wir noch vor Mitternacht problemlos einchecken. Die Villa war perfekt: super ausgestattet, sauber, mit Pool, Tischtennis und allem, was man sich wünscht. Ja, manchmal roch es draußen etwas – das lag an der Umgebung, nicht an der Villa. Und die Nähe zur Straße hat uns nicht wirklich gestört. Insgesamt war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt – und Joan ist ein großartiger Gastgeber

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The owner was extremely friendly, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. He responded quickly to all our messages and was very accommodating, helping us with several requests and making everything easy and stress-free. The property itself is fantastic. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the beach – and the swimming pool was a great bonus. The house is very functional, with separate bedrooms that provide privacy while still offering a comfortable shared living space for spending time together. We also really enjoyed the billiards table and the ping-pong table, which made our evenings fun and entertaining when we decided to stay in. The surrounding area is lovely, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and easy access to the beach as well as a sports club where windsurfing equipment can be rented. Parking right next to the house was very convenient. The house was spotless, well-maintai

Dom jest bardzo przyjemny, ale wymaga nieco prac konserwatorskich.

Dom jest nieźle urządzony, dwie łazienki to duży plus. Sypialnie są dostatecznie duże. Plus za szybką reakcję naszego hosta w różnych sprawach - brawo Joan! Instalacja wodna jest bardzo głośna. Spuszczenie wody w toalecie lub odkręcenie wody w kranie uruchamia pompę, która jest zainstalowana w garażu ale słychać ją w całym domu. W nocy to bardzo uciążliwe. Klimatyzatory nie były dawno czyszczone, część z nich jest dodatkowo głośna. Dom ma problemy z odpowiednią wentylacją, gromadzi się dużo wilgoci a co za tym idzie w kilku miejscach zaczyna wychodzić grzyb. Na początku pobytu mieliśmy problemy z dogrzaniem domu, na szczęście był dodatkowe grzejniki, które wspomogły system klimatyzacji. Blachy w piekarniku pochodzą z innego urządzenia, nie pasują do niego i co za tym idzie, są bezużyteczne.
