« Traumhafte Lage. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war okay. Man merkt, dass das Objekt nicht regelmäßig bewohnt wird, hat dennoch den Zweck erfüllt.Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter war super. Die Unterkunft bietet sich sehr gut für Urlaub mit befreundeten Familien oder auch Oma/Opa an, da es zwei komplette Wohnungen sind, die über eine innenliegende Wendeltreppe miteinander verbunden sind (die Tür zum Treppenhaus kann aber abgeschlossen werden). »

« Pros: Lage des Hauses. Cons: Haus benötigt langsam eine Renovierung… Sehr muffiger Geruch und feuchte Wände. Die Aussenmöbel waren leider abgenutzt und so für uns nicht mehr nutzbar. Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden. Die Dachterrasse nicht nutzbar. Kühlschrank auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. »

« Maison très bien située , propre et les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants le seul bémol a été le bruit nous sommes malheureusement tombés pendant la grande course cycliste de Majorque .Nous aurions aimé le savoir lors de notre réservation et non quelques jours avant ....Nous recommandons cette maison à 100% sauf pendant cette période . »

« Avoid this place - customer complaint ongoing but you need to be aware of the following - 4 air con units in villa but electrics trip if any more than 2 on so can't actually have three bedrooms being used at one time if you want the air con running in them all. Complained to owner and told first time - no way ! Other issues as lots of things broken/ not fixed as rude owner ignored us all week. Pool leaks so you have to put hose in to keep filling up! You can't use the drive to park in as gate...

« This is a very beautiful property located just outside of the town of Alcudia. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the old town area. The views from the back deck are amazing. We stay just two nights from April 1-3. Unfortunately, the weather was chilly during our stay so the house itself is pretty cold if you are staying during the cooler months. Küche vollständig eingerichtet. Schlafraum für Paare oder mit kleinen Kindern. Kleines, modernes Bad. Komme gerne wieder ! »

« Wir waren jetzt schon öfter hier und finden es immer wieder schön - vor allem die Nähe zum Ort und gleichzeitig die relative Ruhe. Einzig das schmale Bett (140 cm breit - für 2 Personen) ist für mich immer wieder eine Herausforderung, da ich zu unruhigem Schlaf neige und mir dazu dann der Platz fehlt. »
