« Tried communicating via messages without success.Called company to get phone number to call host in evening of the night I was staying there.Then got check in instructions.Had difficulty finding how to get in gate to back yard, where door to basement suite.Box spring mattress and bed difficult to walk between. Needed to make beds.Toilet ,only flushed once.walls dirty: Crumbs on counter.Kitchen tap in disrepair.Shower grubby looking- we didn’t use it or the kitchen ,dirty. »

« Check in was very smooth. The place was spotless and gorgeous. Sid is excellent and very responsive! Only a 5 minute walk from the TTC and 10 min drive to the mall & canadas wonderland. There’s also a nice coffee shop right across the street. Would definitely come back here if I’m in the area. »

« No complaints at all on property or hosts. It was a very cozy basement, perfect temperature, great amenities, wonderful bed. The hosts accommodated an early check in and even made sure i knew i could park in the driveway midway through my stay. Hosts like that are so rare and appreciated! Neighborhood was so nice, people friendly, and plenty of stores if one is needed. Just know that Richmond Hill is not close to Toronto Downtown (about 40 mins). Trips are costly (via lyft for me, $55CAD per)...
