« Location is perfect, almost drive by because no signage. The ample yard would be great for kids. As a group of 5 adults it worked well to have 3 bedrooms and the firepit, bbq and covered patio was appreciated. Coffee machine is Keurig kcup which we brought coffee grinds, so knowing that would have been helpful or even a few complimentary pods to start would hve been appreciated. Nice touch with free wine tasting coupons. Downfall is that the property is not just vintage but a little run down....

« Louis was super helpful and responsive. Overall, the property was fine. Could use a little tlc but we didn't spend much time there because of the beach. There is no outside light on the deck, which makes it difficult to enjoy conversation with someone when it gets dark. The key to the trailer and golf cart fell between the deck openings, and it was a feat to recover. « We stayed a few days after a big storm so some facilities like the big pool were flooded. The unit we stayed in was mostly clean but sparse (i.e. 2 towels for 4 people) and there were insufficient bed linens. I was informed guests often bring their own linens; however, I shouldn't have to fly across the country with bedding for 4 people, that just doesn't make sense. « Waverly Place Beach House was the perfect location for my group of friends to celebrate 30 years of an annual fall trip-often on one of the Great Lakes. We fully enjoyed walking the beach, gazing at the stars, gathering in the screen porch around the fire and for meals.
