« The actual stay was great. The room was very clean and I was very happy with the accommodation. My only feedback was the parking situation. Check-in, I asked about parking, I was not given very much direction as to what was available in the area. I drove around for a long time and eventually asked ChatGPT about the closest parking. There was parking one block away at the graduate house, part of the University of Toronto. It would’ve been so helpful had the front desk provided that information. »

« Booked 3 nights last minute for a family member travelling alone and needed to cancel the next day due to a family emergency. Unable to do so as there was Zero refund with no consideration. This caused significant stress and a financial burden. Not impressed at all; I don’t care what the ‘policy’ was. This is not how you treat people. »
