« Owner initially took days to answer us but closer to the stay date was extremely responsive and cooperative. The place is old but maintained well. However, we did not get the unit we rented. We were upgraded to the ground floor unit for logistics issues. The owner forgot to turn the heat back on and the air conditioning was still in the window with the plastic insultation on the sides completly riped off. We were able to put our hands outside... « We 6 stayed here at the end of May 2025 (two early 20’s, two early 50’s, and 2 early-mid 70’s). Property was reasonably clean. You get the top two floors of a 3-story row house. Bedroom on the ‘first’ floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Half bath on the 2nd floor, two full baths, so anyone staying on the 2nd floor needs to go up another flight to shower. « We were a large group for a bachelorette party and had the absolute best time. Alaa was kind and very flexible with everyone’s arrival and departure times. There was plenty of room, and the location was great. Some quirks and rules due to it being an older building, but all in all a great place to stay. »
