« The pros: house is in a nice location and has easy access to public transport. House is quaint and full of character and clean. We also appreciated the split systems in the bedrooms.The downsides for our personal circumstances (and these wouldn't be issues for everyone) was that we had young children and the stairs were steep, narrow and a bit slippy and also attractive to our toddler so we couldn't relax.
