« The condo was nice, perfect for 3 people, and conveniently located down the street from family who had rented a private home in Isla Del Mar. The pool area was lovely and well maintained - lots of shallow ledge area around the pool making it a great spot for "little swimmers". The gas grill and covered outdoor picnic area made for a great lunchtime burger cookout. Had a few glitches with the AC and bedroom blinds however both David and maintenace crew were extremely responsive. »

« 1. Unable to find house at night. Police couldn’t even tell us where it was, we were given wrong address. No address on house. 2. The floor was sandy you could see other people’s foot print, we couldn’t even walk barefoot on it. 3. Listing says washer dryer, there is not one 4. We had to wash every dish prior to using as they were not clean. 5. « We had such a tough week in the valley prior to our stay and this home offered exactly what we needed…relaxation! The BBQ was used everyday and the Furnature on the roof deck was very comfortable, we had such a nice time eating outside and watching movies on the deck. The pool was refreshing after a hot day of golfing and the views from the front of the house and from the rear are absolutely beautiful.
