« We enjoyed our 4 days on the beach. The house had everything we needed and the location was exactly what we were looking for. Juan was quick to respond and was very flexible.I would recommend his place on the beach to anyone looking for a nice place oceanfront stay. »

« Really enjoyed our stay at Seaclusion. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were great. Had water delivered no problem and the owner was very communicative. Highly recommend this property, especially if you enjoy watching and hearing the waves on the rocks. Excellent! »

« The property was clean and of the right size, pretty close to the beach. The beach was practically alone, no vendor or people offering services. It is also worth mentioning that the closest grocery store is 30 min away. »

« Awesome beach front property!! We have stayed in several other properties here in Rocky Point and this house is top of the list. Nothing beats being right on the branch and plenty of space for our big group. We would rent here again in a heartbeat. The host Boan was great! The house was clean and comfortable. Worth every penny. Can’t wait to come back. »
