« Stayed at this condo and it wasn’t what I expected. The property managers keep two large dogs that bark frequently, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the manager (Nick) took loud conference calls outside that echoed through the unit. Towels smelled musty and there was no bottled water available. If you book here, be prepared to rough it. « Martha was a great host. She was very responsive and patient. However, beware the town house it’s self need some TLC. You can tell the owners haven’t been there in a while. From your east facing doors, you could watch the sun rise over the water or step outside for an unobstructed view on an expansive patio with cushioned lounge chairs. « We had a great time with fantastic views of the bay. One day we saw a show being put on by whales in the Bay. We went fishing one day and picked up some skip Jack and Dorado. The restaurant at the pool whipped up a great meal with the new catch and we fed 6 with much left over.Thanks »

« The property is in a gated area and the listing was accurate and close to all La Paz has to offer. The property owner/manager was quick to respond to concerns. Unfortunately, due to some issues at the property we had a day and a half of no water at the end of our stay which brought down the overall rating. »

"Piscine agréable. Beaucoup d'enfants, trop d'enfnants. La piscine est ouvertes aux externes. Belle vue depuis le restaurant. Cadre idyllique. Le café (CAD 6) est imbuvable. Les prix du restaurant sont prohibitifs. Chambre spacieuse mais manque de finitions : pas de miroir dans la salle de bain, pas de porte/mur entre les toilettes et la chambre (!!), impossible de comprendre comment fonctionnent les interupteurs. Serrure cassée à notre arrivée. 3 petites bouteilles d'eau pour l'ensemble du séjour. Au delà de ces inconvénients, nous avons dans l'ensemble passé un bon séjour. "
