« was very disappointed with this hotel for 200 dollars per night. The room really offered only the bare minimum. There are Airbnb rooms nearby that are four times better, with a jacuzzi, ocean view, and even a private beach. The main issue was that the Wi-Fi did not work at all, there was no connection. « Los dueños siempre están presentes y dispuestos a ayudar, además de dar excelentes recomendaciones de la zona. El lugar tiene muchos detalles que se agradecen: agua para beber siempre disponible, artículos de aseo personal e incluso equipo para actividades como snorkel y aletas. Los demás huéspedes fueron muy respetuosos, lo que crea un ambiente muy agradable. Realmente se siente como estar en casa… Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia en La Ventana inolvidable! »

« The only downside of this location is for someone who wants a private bathroom and a TV - as the staff was very unique and friendly - the facilities - including the common bathrooms and showers were very private and clean - great food and smoothies - and quality coffee - nice environment - a great option. »

« Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’hôtel est superbe. L’Atmosphère est calme et reposant. La vue sur la mer et le soleil qui se lève à partir de notre chambre, juste Wow ! « The room was marginal. the sheets felt like sandpaper and the bed was as hard as the floor. There was no water pressure in the shower, the hot water was hit or miss and if it was a hit you had about 5 minutes of it. The towels were in very poor shape and looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years. The bath mats and mats in the bedroom were mismatched in the condition of rags.
